The house is a great base to explore the wonderful Gems that Co.Kerry has to offer. The house is a 10 min drive from Killorglin, 20 mins from Killarney and 1 hour drive from Dingle & Kenmare.

The mezzanine level offers a super king bed, which can be adapted to 2 large twin beds; plus a small single bed. The accommodation comprises of one King bed downstairs, a mezzanine with 2 single beds and second mezzanine with one single bed, both accessed by ladder. Cottage is Off Grid, lights and fridge are solar powered,. Cooker, hot water, heating and shower are powered by gas.

Driftwood is located on the Wild Atlantic Way and on the Kerry Walkway. Killarney is 33kms and Dingle is 80 kms. We are 7 kms to the fabulous Dooks Golf Course. My space is ideal for couples and the solo traveler alike. My Studio apartment is attached to my home (a traditional Irish farmhouse) . We are surrounded by the most spectacular mountains on 3 sides and to the front it opens up to the beautiful Derriana lake. When you look out the front window of my studio you will be greeted by the lake and see Waterville in the distance. I am situated about 20 minutes from the village of Waterville and about 20 minutes from the town of Cahersiveen.

Just Off Wild Atlantic Way, my cottage is only a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach and we are surrounded by magnificent views including the Magillycuddy Reeks mountain range & Inch beach and even the Blasket Islands in the distance. Dooks Golf Course is a spectacular Links course located only 1km away from the cottage. The cottage is very homely and is located on our farm.
