Attached to a Victorian house in Greenock's West End, this traditional outbuilding has been renovated to create a private, 'Garden Room' style guest suite with it's own private entrance plus access to Mediterranean garden. Includes kitchen with microwave, oven (no hob), fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Comprises a comfy double sofa bed plus additional single sofa bed. Located close to buses, train links to Glasgow and ferry terminals, with the Scottish Highlands on your doorstep.

Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the isle of Bute, the "secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Open all year. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Since Covid 19 regulations I hire a local company to sanitise my apartment by fogging it kills 99,5% of all bacteria including Covid no harmful fumes or residue left.
