Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Boligen på Fælledvejen 1B har alt, hvad en familie har brug for: en lys stue med sovesofa, soveværelse med dobbeltseng samt badeværelse og vaskemaskine. Udenfor venter området med pool, gode restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Stranden ligger mindre end 10 minutters gang fra døren, og Djurs Sommerland er kun en kort køretur væk.

Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Mosskovhuset is located at the foot of Rold Forest but still within walking distance of trains, cinema and shopping. Enjoy the tranquility and simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. The house is about 60 km2 and consists of: small kitchen, living room with 1 bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with 3 beds where one can be folded out.
