The house contains open kitchen/dining room with good space open combination with living room with wood-burning stove, bathroom with shower, 2 person spa as well as sauna, 3 good bedrooms as well as utility room with washing machine. From the living room exit to the lovely both open and terrace. When you stand out on the road, you can look down to the water.

Welcome to our traditional summerhouse with 400 meters from child-friendly beach, where the shipping to Aalborg passes close by. Experience the area's beautiful scenery for hikes and bike rides in one-of-a-kind landscapes. My place is close to the beach and about 20 minutes from Aalborg with lots of restaurants and dining.

Lovely house, renovated in 2023. The house is bright and has really good space for the whole family, but is also ideal for a boyfriend weekend. There are many great amenities such as a wilderness bath, gas grill, garden games, and activity table. The cottage has a lovely terrace as well as lounge area. A nice newer family friendly year-round summer house in the woods - 109m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. There are terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and fire pit. It is a short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to delicious beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house sleeps 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fiber broadband and wifi that covers the entire 3000m2 natural plot. In July and August, check-in is available on Saturdays. There may be some bugs at times.

View of water and grounds directly down to the beach at Yderby Lyng is what the house here can offer, among other things.( Write and ask for your wishes for days.)
