Ry is the "capital" of Denmark's most beautiful and wild nature in the middle of Søhøjlandet. There are opportunities for canoeing and kayaking, fishing, hiking, exciting mountain biking, racing bikes. At the residence, there is equipment for washing bicycles and indoor storage of the same.

The house is only a 10-minute bike ride from Aarhus city center and yet you don't feel like you are in the city. Start the day with a dip or head down to the local bakery. The suburb of Risskov has a nice shopping, cafe and restaurant environment where you can find everything your heart desires. Next to the Øer Maritime Harbour, kayaks are available to rent, right next to a lovely ice-cream stand; kite-surfing is also a popular local activity.
