From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Sie haben einen separaten Eingang, bei Bedarf mit selbstständigem Check in mit Schlüsselsafe. Wenn es uns möglich ist, begrüßen wir sie gerne persönlich und erklären den Whirlpool (30,-/Aufenthalt / Woche).

The small wood-burning stove in the rustic room with kitchenette generates cozy warmth, while a second stove in the bedroom ensures a feel-good atmosphere. From here you have access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the first rays of sun or the moonlight and starry sky. And if you are patient, you may be rewarded at dusk with a visit from deer, foxes or rabbits!

Beautifully located between Munich and the Alps in the Upper Bavarian village of Aying is our apartment "Kirchblick" on the 2nd floor of a newly renovated country house with a total of three apartments. The apartment impresses with its high rooms, the beautiful views and its high-quality furnishings. There are two separate bedrooms with a total of five beds. The open-plan fitted kitchen offers cooking comfort at the highest level.

You will stay in a spacious solid wood - tiny, in the middle of an idyllic little village in Upper Bavaria, surrounded by lots of nature and with breathtaking mountain views. The village of Adling is part of the Upper Bavarian market town of Glonn, which is located between Munich and Rosenheim. You can reach Munich city center in about 40 minutes from here. They are also quickly in the mountains.

The small nature room is in the middle of nature on a meadow that also serves as an outlet for some sheep and chickens. The house is fully equipped with bathroom, heating, wood-burning stove and small kitchen. In Herrmannsdorf - a farm with its own agriculture, butcher and bakery - you will find a farm shop with its own products, a restaurant and a beer garden.
