You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay plus its very private no one will even know where you are it's a little hideaway, Real secrets are kept here stay here and never leaves. this place is steamed after every visit and clean from top to bottom unlike some hotels that Rush just to get the other guest in. It's always been two guest but as of lately most people want to bring an extra person so I add three however if booking for 3 the 3rd person have to take the couch.

We really enjoyed our stay! The listing was exactly as described. The patio was my favorite part, it was nice to have a private outdoor space for morning coffee with a book. A TV in each room was great, my kids loved each having their own TV! We never had any problems with parking which was nice in a place like Philadelphia where parking can be tricky, and we were within walking distance to several restaurants when we wanted to get a few extra steps in. The park right around the corner was great for the kids to play, and the snacks were a great surprise to give us something to munch on until we got groceries. We were also able to order things on Amazon that we needed while we were visiting and had them delivered very quickly with no delivery issues. Asha was a great host and responded to us very quickly. We’ll definitely book again if we come back to the area!

Tia was an amazing host and very supportive and helpful, always available for questions and concerns as I was nervous due to this being my first time using Air bnb with myself booking it. Tia was kind and gracious. Whether it be on the phone or on message. Her place was clean and suited my needs. She gave many recommendations of places nearby and food to try while I was in the area. Very close to downtown. I will definitely like to rent from her again and hope she will be willing to rent to me again.

We stayed at Gardith's place just for a night and we absolutely loved it. Her place was just like as the picture and how it was described. She has clear instructions for everything and we loved the fact that she had provided all the necessary products that we may needed, like medicine, first aid including but not limited to personal care products. She was very responsive and kept checking on if we needed anything. She recognized us as a quite guest and extended our check out time. Lydia was a lovely host. She left clear instructions and provided exactly what was advertised. Her house was clean and spacious, and had a beautiful backyard. Lydia provided both reusable and disposable dishware, bathroom supplies, and lots of extra towels and pillows. We had a great stay and would definitely come again.

House was very spacious. It had everything we needed. I was nicely impressed by the stocked supplies in kitchen if needed . The house made us feel comfortable and we were able to stay under one roof and it not cost us an arm and leg! Thank you for supplying the xtra fan when we needed xtra air!
