A Practical Place for a Large Family

Ryan & Hans were very quick to respond when I reached out to them on a couple of occasions. It was extremely easy to check in & out. We were pleasantly surprised by their townhome. It was even better than the pictures!:) The home had everything that we needed. It was comfortable and welcoming. We liked that we could use the patio. The little cards under the pillows were a nice surprise:) The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay which was very helpful. Access to the washer & dryer was very helpful & so convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and we couldn't hear any of the neighbors. It was nice and relaxing.

I had an overnight layover in Fargo and needed a place to crash for a few hours. Mary Jo's room was perfect for that. She was very communicative, very friendly, and even offered me a ride to and from the airport, which was not expected and very generous of her. I can't say much about the accommodations because I slept immediately upon arrival and left 5' after waking up, but as I mentioned... it was exactly what I needed. I'll surely look for Mary Jo's place again if I need a place in Fargo. Thanks again!

Paul’s house is very spacious and welcoming. Easy to find and easy to access. Just when your GPS says “You have arrived”, so does the sign on their front porch. Just an overnight for us but we enjoyed it.

From the moment I arrived at the Air BnB hosted by Karen, her husband, and her co-host Jess, everyone made me feel completely welcome and at home. The warmth, hospitality, and genuine kindness in all Karen and her husband bring to the table are above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for in a host. They put a lot of care into creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for their guests. I can’t recommend them highly enough—staying here felt less like a rental and more like a home away from home. I will absolutely be returning soon and highly recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a wonderful place to stay at any of their locations. Thank you Karen and Karen’s husband and Jess!

This space is a flip. It was an older building and the units themselves have been remodeled. I just wanted to put that so there's no confusion, the space outside the room itself will make it obvious. It was nice, everything seemed new (remodeled) and clean. The beds were comfortable, it was a value for what we payed. The internet was fast. There were no bugs and no weird smells (I saw someone else note those things previously) and the hot water at sink was fixed. There is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and host even supplies coffee and creamer. There is also a laundry room two doors down you can use (it takes quarters but doesn't keep them, free) and towels, bedding, cups, plates & silverware are also included. Would certainly stay again.

I stayed two nights at Russell and Colleen’s place with my son, and honestly, they’ve been the best hosts I’ve ever had. Their home is incredibly charming and cozy, you can feel the care and love they’ve put into it. My son had a blast playing with the wooden blocks Russell made for his own sons years ago, and that story just made the experience even more special. I also really admire that they donate a portion of their Airbnb earnings to good causes. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming and meaningful. Highly recommend!
