Maliniak, holiday cottage near the forest

The cottage is intimate and cozy, close to the forest and mountain trails. It is adjacent to our house, within a convenient distance of many attractions of the Owl Mountains. There is no TV in the cottage, but there is no problem with the Internet coverage. - Upstairs: two bedrooms (one connecting), one double bed and two single beds, and a folding single chair + a place to work at the computer. - Ground floor: sofa, table with chairs, kitchen and bathroom with shower and dryer. - Parking on the property. - Storage for equipment.

Our Stable

Our Stable is part of a former German house, located on a two-hectare plot of 160 m2, a 70 m terrace plus a half-timbered house, the equipment of the old village has been preserved. You can use the private library in the part of the house where the hosts live. The meadow is a natural habitat for wild animals. The terrace (dining and relaxation area) is also used for observing nature. Next to the house, there is an old orchard (hammocks), sunny and shaded places for those seeking peace. Large kitchen. One bathroom, shower.

Sierpnica Mountain Haven. Little Owl Cottage

Górska Przystań Sierpnica is a charming property for rent, located on one of the picturesque slopes of the Owl Mountains. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. A house in harmony with nature, made of wood, draws water from a well, and is powered by solar energy. The terrace among the birches makes you part of the energetic space, and the trees naturally protect you from the sun in summer. Thanks to the large glazing, you will feel like an element of the forest ecosystem. The bedroom overlooks Ślęża, one of several chakras in Poland.

The house has two bedrooms upstairs - 5 beds: two double beds and one single bed. Upstairs there is also a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a toilet. The living room has a TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people. The whole is crowned with a fireplace, which serves as a decoration and a heating unit on cold days. On request, we also offer daily cleaning, linen and towel change.

We invite you to our cozy cottage located in the heart of the picturesque Sowie Mountains, ideal for people looking for peace and contact with nature. It is a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life – here time flows slower, and the fresh mountain air soothes the senses. Guests will find beautiful places for morning walks or all-day hikes. The cottage is an ideal base for both active recreation and quiet relaxation away from the hustle and bustle.

If you want to spend time in a quiet, chill atmosphere (watching a movie on the projector or taking a relaxing bath overlooking nature), this is the perfect place for you. Three double bedrooms; spacious living room with a fold-out corner sofa; fully equipped kitchen; two bathrooms, terrace and outdoor jacuzzi for summer use. No loud parties. We do not accept groups of men only.

A place to stay and relax for the family. We have apartments with a view of the garden with a fish pond, sauna, hot tub, a place for a bonfire and a playground for children. In the area, there are hiking trails to the Ślęża mountain with the possibility of playing at the rope park. There are many bike trails in the area. The apartments are located on the first floor with a separate entrance. The ground floor is occupied by the host.
