Without a doubt, the view of the entire basin is the main advantage of our property. At any time of the year and time of day - it's always beautiful here! In our country, the proximity of nature can be felt at every step - direct access to the hiking trail and the singing of birds can calm down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, separated from each other in a comfortable distance. Each has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Level 2 (30 m2) is a bedroom for two people and a seating area. The apartment is designed for 4–8 people. Area 1.5 ha/0.34 ha forest. A place for a bonfire.

The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. Unser Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Naehe (1 min.)vom Wasserfall Podgórna - im Sommer perfekt zum baden. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch am Wald , ohne jeglichen Strassenverkehr, ist kinderfreundlich und gibt viel Platz zum toben. Das Haus verfuegt ueber eine sehr gut ausgestatte Kueche mit Keramik aus der Region (Bolesławiec/Bunzlau). Der Kamin laedt im Winter zu gemuetlichen Abenden ein :-)
