The 1-room guest apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Ilbesheim not far from Landau. At the foot of the small Kalmit is the listed half-timbered house, in which the apartment is located, at the village center. The apartment itself is small but nice with its 30 square meters. Located on the second floor, the bright apartment is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchenette. The adjoining bathroom is spacious and bright. The friendly Mediterranean courtyard can also be used.

Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the town centre are about 2 km away, while the master school for audiologists and the training centre for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

Our lovingly renovated apartment is located in the heart of Landau. In a house built in 1904, central and in the middle of Landau, you can expect 2 rooms, kitchenette, as well as a shower room. The apartment was newly renovated and newly furnished in 2020. In the immediate vicinity are the market square, cafes, restaurants, shops for strolling and an e-bike rental from the neighbor. The property is the historic building of the old Raiffeisen Bank. The space is modern and cozy and has the accents of an old bench. It's the perfect base for wine experiences, hiking trails or even bike rides.

The approx. 30 sqm apartment has been renovated with ecological building materials. The walls are plastered with clay and the floor was laid with wooden planks, creating a cozy atmosphere. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a fridge and a coffee maker. The two rooms are separated by a passageway.
