Herzlich willkommen in unserem charmanten Ferienhaus BellaDonna mit großem, komplett eingezäunten Garten (Zaunhöhe min.1,20M) – perfekt für einen entspannten Familienurlaub am Scharmützelsee. Das Haus überzeugt durch helles, modernes Design und hochwertige Ausstattung. Ein clever gestalteter Schlafbereich im Obergeschoss (inkl. Türschutzgitter an der Treppe) mit zwei Einzelbetten und optisch getrenntem Doppelbett, zwei Badezimmer und ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bieten Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste.

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Die Villa Kersdorf liegt auf einem weitläufigen, idyllischen, sehr gepflegten Grundstück mit Pool und Tennisplatz - umgeben von Wäldern und Wasser. Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

Die Entenkoje bietet euch ein einmaliges Naturerlebnis im Naturpark Märkische Schweiz. Ihr benötigt keinen Führerschein und könnt das Boot ohne Vorkenntnisse fahren. Im Boot erwartet euch ein gemütliches Doppelbett mit Blick auf den Sternenhimmel. An Bord gibt es einen kleinen Gaskocher mit Kaffee, Tee und dem nötigen Zubehör – perfekt für euer Frühstück direkt auf dem Wasser. Bad, Dusche, eine voll ausgestattete Küche & ein Parkplatz stehen euch in unserer Base an Land zur Verfügung.

Located on a glacial site, it enchants the landscape, with year-round colors and stunning views. This place made us want to build a home in natural technology, with an environment designed to make it a pleasure to spend time there.

The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.
