Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

Stefan's accommodation is definitely worth 5 stars, everything is very high quality and tastefully furnished. There's really nothing missing. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. A highlight of the apartment is its own sauna, the tranquility and the privacy. Stefan and Sonja are very likeable, helpful and friendly hosts. We can definitely recommend the accommodations. We loved our stay! The studio apartment is beautiful, authentic, very clean and visually stunning. Everything you might need is there, and of great quality. The surroundings are peaceful, quiet and gorgeously green. The contact with the host runs smoothly and the response time is very fast. Reith is a small village with three restaurants, we visited two and both provided exquisite meals. Definitely a place to visit again.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

We enjoyed our vacation in the very nice, new and well-kept as well as quiet apartment very much. Communication was always impeccable and very fast. There were no issues at all. We would love to vacation there again at any time. The possibility to park our car directly in front of the door in the yard was also perfect.

Really nice, well-furnished apartment with a well-equipped kitchen!! We had two dogs with us, so the location with direct walking and also the small garden was ideal!! There are also many opportunities for hikes and excursions right on the doorstep, really perfect for an active holiday!! It was also great that we had a location connection for our electric car in the garage. The only negative point is the amount of the extra fee for pets, which is definitely too high at €99 and already very outrageous!!

The place is just perfect if you want a getaway from daily stress. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. The scenery just before arriving there is breathtaking. The place itself felt very cozy and like home and it was very clean. Doris was always there to answer all our questions and make sure our needs were fulfilled. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the beautiful balcony and there’s a lot of possibilities to hike from the apartment itself. Perfect host, place, surroundings, instructions. We can only recommend this place!

The stay was fantastic all around! The check-in was super uncomplicated and flexible - exactly as you would like it. We felt totally comfortable as soon as we arrived. Everything was very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The accommodation was really cozy, and as a welcome greeting there was even chocolate - a very nice gesture! The highlight was definitely the wellness area with a great sauna and a refreshing cold pool - perfect for relaxing. Overall, a truly exceptional stay. A beautiful place with everything your heart desires. We stayed at the “Auszeit” lodge for the first time and will definitely be back. The place is super close to the ski resorts and is located on a beautiful spacious meadow with a mountain. The view is a dream and the accommodation is fully equipped, including the living room, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen. There is a lot of love in the details and the hostess Daniela is always available and very accommodating. Not to forget the sauna, where you can relax wonderfully after an active day, here too the view outside is worthwhile for an incredible view. We had a very nice time and can't wait to come back!

Great location right by the cable car station up the Hahnenkamm. Ten minute walk into central Kitzbühel but far enough out to be very peaceful. Stunning view over the town and towards the Kitzbüheler Horn from the property. The Airbnb itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Everything worked as it should. Thorough information pack provided. If we return to Kitzbühel the first thing we will do is check this place’s availability - it’s a gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's place. The apartment is super cozy and furnished with a lot of love and detail. Everything is super clean and tidy. The amenities are perfect, so much has been thought of that you could use during a successful stay. Despite winter temperatures, the apartment is cozily warm. We slept wonderfully in the pine bed. We enjoyed the view of the mountains and the nearby ski slopes and will be very happy to come back! Thank you!

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt comfortable right away, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirli was our highlight and already heated up and usable upon our arrival:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village :) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach directly, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our hostess. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.
