The villa was clean, calm and peaceful with nature in the tangerine garden

Very nice villa with a lovely garden and big pool, spacious living room and good sized bedrooms, and the terrace also offers a great view of the surrounding mountains. House is securely gated. The villa is very close (10min drive) to the famous Yalikavak Marina and only 30mins from main Bodrum town. Taxis are available via Yalikavak Taxi stand via call ut best to book in advance due to the villa being situated off the main road. Advise tenants to stock up on essential supplies beforehand as tap water not drinkable (Orhan was very helpful in driving us to the nearest convenience store at night, thank you!). House is well stocked and plenty of additional duvets if needed. There is delivery option available for food and groceries from Getir app, but always put extra instructions in the delivery address for the drivers to find the villa. Orhan helped us in any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a smooth process. All in all a great stay in Yalikavak, we loved it!

It was a really great house, far beyond my expectations. The house had a lot of everything we might need. The kitchen is well-equipped, with all the equipment you'll need for cooking. Stylish glasses, porcelain coffee cups and coffee machines... I would also like to draw attention to the cleanliness of the house. It was a clean house. We really wanted to stay longer. If we consider coming to Bodrum again, I will definitely stay in this house. Özlem took great interest in us until the day we left our development. I would like to express my gratitude to him from here.

Eda is very friendly and she was quick to respond to messages. She was very caring. Her parents are very sweet people. They invited us to breakfast (the meal lacked bird milk). Her mother was very friendly. On the way back, they dropped us off at the airport for an affordable price. & Thank you for everything Located in the center of Bodrum and within walking distance to the taxi and bus station. We didn't have any difficulty with transportation.

great location - we were unsure about where would be a good location in Bodrum, but this place was perfect walkable to all needed places like restaurants and beach and shops. Would highly recommend, very good price and very friendly host

The house is in a great location, we ate every evening against the sunset view. It is very close to the sea by stairs from the house, the site is very organized people, there are no sunbeds problems even on the holiday, the sea mornings are a little wavy in the afternoon, but it is not cold to enter and the water temperature is not cold, the house is very nicely furnished, the house is very well furnished, the house is dusted because the house was left open for cleaning on the first day, although the house was cleaned on the first day, we wrote to Mr. Berke and he wrote it again, the house was a little old and small, the barbecue in the house was a bit old and small, we were very impressed with the veranda, we were very impressed with the veranda. The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at. The location was like paradise with the private beach just for the villa complex being spotless and had crystal clear water. Our host was very accommodating and him and his wife- Denise were just wonderful people to be around. The atmosphere was out of this world and the edition was right next door allowing for some music! There is also many many rooms (4) so it’s perfect for a family just like we did.

Bodrum is an incredibly beautiful location for a holiday. We love Bodrum as a family. And I can definitely say that it was the most comfortable holiday we have had in Bodrum. The house was really just what it looked like in the photos, even more beautiful. We loved the sea view of the balcony. It was very enjoyable to meet in the view of the balcony on the morning. As mentioned on the site, it is quiet, calm and safe, walking down to the beach is not in a place like Bodrum. It was also a very big plus for us to get to the beach really easy and free. We also tried the restaurant in the compound; it was also very delicious. Some days we ate here without even needing to go out of the compound. The house was very clean (I can't stay in hotels because I'm a cleaning patient, so this part was very important to me). Everything we needed was available at home. We really enjoyed this period. The host was very caring and kind, helpful with everything. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for 4 days and were very satisfied. Our hosts were very reliable and sweet. The house was better than described in the photos, very clean. The location of the house is quite good, it is within walking distance to the Yalikavak marina, there was no shortage of transportation. Highly recommend, you can stay without hesitation.

Incredible villa with the most amazing views! Erdinc was extremely helpful and responsive and we have the best time. His team helped organise taxis and gave lots of local recommendations. It’s at the top of a hill but you can walk to a nearby shop for groceries. A car would have been helpful to get around, but decided to use taxis. We planned on visiting more beach clubs but the pool and outside space was so amazing that we stayed at the villa most of the time! I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit!

Here is a garden that invites you to the wonderland. We are very sure that you will relax under the tree in the garden if your goal is to run and run every day and not go places, but if you really take a break. Of course, the neighborhood is also very close, walking distance when you want to go out. However, since the house is slightly above the neighborhood, we recommend that you come/rent it by car to go to the sea or grocery stores. In short, if you are looking for a very calm and peaceful house in the heart of Bitez, very close to everywhere, you can choose this place with peace of mind. We already miss it:)
