Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The place is lovely! Great location and great chalet. Everything was really great. The only point that irritated us a bit was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in is only from 4 PM.. although we were only able to arrive later due to work, but checking out at 10 AM is quite sporty.. We didn't really have this on our radar and overslept, so I contacted the host and explained that we overslept and would only check out around 10:30 AM. At 10:25 AM a man knocks and without further words he goes into the chalet to clean the hot tub. No hello or goodbye. Of course, you would have to pay attention to the times yourself when booking, this got lost with us. Nevertheless, everything else was great and I can definitely recommend the place!

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

Stefan was very kind, we could call him any time when we had some problame. He tried to help us solving problames. The appartment has a perfect view for the mountains, it was in a good location. I can only recommend this appartment to everybody

We spent 6 days in the apartment, everything you need was there, including towels and bathrobes. The apartment was clean and the view was gigantic. There is a very tasty pizzeria, Lärchenhof, nearby. You can use all the amenities of the hotel, such as pools, sauna, entertainment for kids, etc. Bread service or half board/full board can also be booked individually. The guest card offers many discounts. We found the stay very nice and will definitely come back! Our kids would have liked to just stay there ;) thanks for the great time!

I would highly recommend this place! Really perfect as a group trip. The place is very lovingly decorated and contains everything that is needed! We especially loved the warm barrel!

The accommodation is perfect! There are all kinds of amenities, enough space and everything is clean. The sauna and jacuzzi are an absolute highlight and very easy to use. The accommodation is super cozy. I can recommend it to everyone.

We - a family of 4 with 2 children (11 and 7) plus grandma & grandpa - enjoyed the 5 days in Mirko's chalet to the fullest! The house is great and keeps what the pictures promise. The children loved the hot pot and spent every free minute at the nearby wildlife enclosure. On the last evening, we were able to admire the solstice fires on the opposite mountain ridges. We enjoyed the tranquility very much. The nearest supermarket is just a few kilometers away by car. The house and the kitchen are super equipped, nothing is missing! We can only highly recommend the chalet and will be happy to come back! Mirko is a great host who responds super fast to messages. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

It was a very friendly welcome. Got good tips for excursions in the area. There are also many information brochures in the hallway. The apartment is clean despite the old walls from 1442. Well-signposted hiking and cycling trails that you can start right from the front door. Beautiful view from the beautifully landscaped front garden with seating. If we were in the area again, we would take the opportunity to book this apartment.

Absolutely beautiful, quiet place. Very quick and thorough communication and the hut had everything we needed. The sauna is wonderful. We (and our dog) loved our week here and would love to stay here again in the future.

We were in Maria Alm in January 2025 to ski. The apartment is very quietly located on the northern edge of the city center of Maria Alm. Oliver was a friendly host, the apartment was in perfect order, clean, spacious and very nice, especially with the most necessary things, furnished. We felt very comfortable. Oliver had good tips for restaurants and shopping. A parking place is also available. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Natrunbahn. At the valley station there is a super modern ski depot and you don't always have to carry the skis back and forth. All in all, excellent. Thank you. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice vacation in Elfriede's apartment. The apartment was very nice, everything tip-top and clean, everything you need was available. There was also a very nice large terrace. There is a small supermarket, a village café, a restaurant by the lake where you can eat well. Everything is easily accessible. Our dog also felt very comfortable. The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Everything was as described, we felt very comfortable!

The accommodation is cute, very pleasant, well equipped with in addition to what to occupy on rainy days (books, board games...) not to mention the ancillary activities available (swimming pool, sauna, solarium, fitness, children's game room, ping pong table). In addition it is conveniently located at the crossroads of cities such as Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Oberaudorf alone is worth a visit and especially as Tyrol is within reach to vary the excursions. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Germany. It was a little piece of paradise.

The stay was very calm and peaceful surroundings. You just hear the sound of birds and mountains look like they also sleep in the night and you get up in the morning with fresh air from Nature. 100% Recommended.

The place fully met expectations. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was nothing lacking. We used the bread roll service and it worked well. The parking lot was right in front of the terrace door, which made packing and unpacking very easy. There are many leaflets and brochures in the building itself. It was easy to get information.

Well-located apartment near ski resorts. The apartment is perfectly equipped with a large and spacious terrace with a great view. Clean and big enough for a family with two kids. We'd love to come back.
