Pelitköy İçmeler Beach is in the aquarium bay. In addition to being in touch with the sea and nature, there is a market, public beach and a paid beach cafe. Parking and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Our villa has a very large patio and garden area on the ground floor, and there is a living room, kitchen and toilet area. There are 3 bedrooms, a WC & bathroom area and a balcony area on the first floor. The terrace area has a very large area where you can watch the sunset Airport and bus station transfers are available for a fee.

The sense of peace provided by the calmness and ambiance will remain an unforgettable experience for you from your vacation. I decorated the house myself, thinking about every detail, and I was always inspired by Ayvalık. My house, which makes you feel the atmosphere of the highlands, is in Ayvalık - Tıfıllar village. Although it is in the village, it is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı.

Our villa is located in Intaland Sevgi Village. In the first room, there is 1 double bed. The room has 2 single beds It has a private Blue Flag beach. There are areas on the beach such as pier, dressing and changing cabins, umbrellas and sun loungers, shower areas, toilet, parking and free of charge. Air conditioning and internet There are two restaurants, volleyball, basketball and football fields by the sea within the resort. The beach is a 10 minute walk. Our 1.5 ton water tank is available
