Cooper Creek is a valuable piece of central New York history that was built in the late 1700s. This homestead once included an outhouse, a spring house, a Cooper shed, and a proud hand hewn timber barn. Beautifully 100% renovated interior with large master suite, 2 large bedrooms, laundry, formal seating area, living room and dining room. Solid hardwood throughout, tiled bathrooms, Large kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. Cleanest accommodations you will find. The exterior of the house is unattractive but the upgrades underway. Please excuse the mess while we continue to improve the home and make it one of the nicest Airbnb stays in the area.
