The house was built 300 years ago as a rectory. It is in the middle of the historic old town. The apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor with a baroque vault, plus a small kitchen and small bathroom. In the garden behind the house, a sitting area in the greenery can be used. Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.
