Built sometime in 1800 on the edge of the small village of Vieux-Viel in Brittany, this wonderful old schoolhouse stands in a large garden, surrounded by nature in the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel / Emerald Coast. Lovingly renovated and modernised, environment friendly and contemporary. The house offers a special living experience. The house is certified by "Gîtes de France", our guests will find relaxation and peace here with a special charm and lush nature. 


Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

La Petite Maison

It is possible to access it on foot or by bike via small country roads. This apartment is located in Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier, labeled Petit Citée de Caractère, with quick access to the A84 (Rennes-Caen) 40 minutes from Mont St Michel, 1 hour from St Malo Dinard Vitré, Fougères are 15 minutes away. Pleasant towns with their large castles. All shops are a 10-minute walk away. Bakery, butcher, deli, supermarket. Market on Thursday morning Pond located near the Bourg Free public parking in front of the residence.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
