The apartment of about 60 sq.m. distributed on 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv River. There is a fully equipped kitchen and there are sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. in Älvängen center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing water etc.

Newly built apartment upstairs of garage of approximately 60 sqm so no risk of noise. Ideal for you as a weekly commuter and has led snow in hotels. Here you can cook your own food and take lovely walks on the hiking trails around. Right next door is an electric light track and a couple of kilometers above us there is a lovely swimming lake. The apartment has its own own private entrance and microwave and stove available. There is one bedroom with two beds and in the living room there is a double sofa bed.

The basement has a guest apartment with private entrance, terrace, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and beautiful lake view from the bed.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Experience a uniquely preserved farm on the border of Svartedalen Nature Reserve. Large garden and proximity to lakes and amazing nature, forest with mushrooms and berries. Possibility to borrow a boat, canoe and to pet sheep. On the farm there are hens who arrange fresh eggs for breakfast (mostly), we who rent out live on the neighboring farm and have gotland sheep that often graze in the pastures around the house. The house has simple standard, with well preserved charm.

One fun fact is that the property has been included in the filming of the film Åsa Nisse- Wälkom to Knohult.
