A comfortable 160-bed & a 140-bed sofa. Coffee machine Nespresso including pods and a TV available. Very close to the tram (stop Virginsgatan & Stockholmsgata) that takes you both to Korsvägen/Liseberg/Skandinavium & Central Station without having to change the tram. Note This is not a luxury home but it is a basement!

The house is located in the calm and central Kungsladugård next to Slottsskogen with Zoo, playgrounds, outdoor gym and cafes. Walking distance to Mariaplan - the heart of Majorna, with several nice restaurants, bars and shops and a large pool for children. Around the corner is a tram stop that takes you into the city or out to the archipelago (15 minutes in each direction). Ica Supermarket is one block away. The perfect accommodation for families with children or larger groups of up to 8 people.

If you have a canoe, there are great opportunities for kayaking in a marine environment. Or maybe you want to prepare and eat a good meal at sunset. If it is not bathing weather, Kungälv, Marstrand or Gothenburg (Liseberg) are not that far away. Here is a unique small marine bay, with a small marina and large sea.
