Spacious single-story house in a quiet area with proximity to both swimming areas and central Gothenburg. The sea and the nearest swimming area are at walking/cycling distance, 1.5 km. The nearest bus stop Hornkamsgatan, barely 1 km and takes 10 minutes to promote to. With X1, you can easily get to Gothenburg city center. The bus takes about 35 minutes. The house is spacious and has a large and cozy outdoor room. The house is in very good condition and carefully renovated. The garden is large and there is space for play and large green areas.

Booking rules: Only caring families and adults over the age of 28 are allowed to book due to previous damage and parties without cleaning.
