Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

It invites you to hike due to its direct proximity to nature. It is the second-to-last row of houses to the field/forest. A hiking trail passes by. The basement apartment is located in a 2-family house and has its own entrance. 1 child up to 12 years is free!

The apartment with separate entrance is located a 5-minute walk from the city center. Nevertheless, the location is very quiet and in good weather you can sit in the garden or be in the park in 2 minutes. A bakery is next door. The apartment consists of 2 cozy rooms and a small shower room. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need. We have set up a public bookcase for our guests, which you can use as a bargain.

Our accommodation is located in the basement of our single-family home. The building entrance is shared, and we also occasionally use the laundry room in the basement. Please note: Our building is intentionally designed to be open-plan, and the rooms cannot be locked. We want to preserve that original Airbnb feeling of a trusted home. If you prefer complete privacy or lockable rooms, a hotel might better suit your needs.
