When we were in this place for the first time many years ago in the middle of the hiking paradise, we were immediately captivated: the smell of natural meadow, the tranquility of the forest, pure nature, the ski and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. And yet only a 2-minute walk to the village, 10 minutes by car and you are in Innsbruck. We have renovated the old house for a long time and furnished a beautiful apartment in Alpine vintage style. In the immediate vicinity are 2 ski areas: Axamer Lizum and Mutterer Alm! In summer it is perfect for hiking and biking with great refreshment stops! Close to a butcher, 2 bakeries and a supermarket. No pets allowed. 1 parking space (video surveillance!). Waste separation required.
