Le Petit Toit Gîte at La Charpenterie

Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. Due to the historic nature of the property it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

A combination of nature and gentle leisure: a lake with canoes and a boat, 2.5 km of private paths under century-old oak trees, a swimming pool with a slide, and outdoor games (giant chess, swings, mini-golf, ping-pong). Ground floor: kitchen (13 m²), living room 27 m², bathroom, toilet. Upstairs: bedroom 1: 14 m² 1 bed 140/200, 1 bed 80/200, bedroom 2: accessible by two steps 19 m² - 1 bed 160/200, 1 bed 80/200. BATH LINEN IS OPTIONAL.

Ideal for nature lovers, walkers, cyclists, fishermen (near the Thouet), couples or families. A key box is available for late check-ins. The pool is open from April to September (unheated but with a dome that allows the temperature to rise when the sun comes out).
