Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of two houses set in 6 acres of private land. We can accommodate up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests exclusive and flexible use of the many public and private areas - perfect for multi generational family use. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). Guests have the use of our 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and the parkland.

Le Petit Toit Gîte at La Charpenterie

Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Maison du château de la berthonniere in Viennay. You will stay in the front part of the house, a 2 room studio In the countryside but close to all amenities, a 24/7 API bakery and grocery store open 24/7 in the village of Viennay 2 minutes by car. A bigger bakery with snaking open 7/7 with bread machine 3 minutes away. Berthonniere fruit and vegetable store. Possibility to pick as well. And 10 minutes from downtown Parthenay

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

Enjoy this very nice refurbished home. Located in a small town served by all local shops and services (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco, gas station) this accommodation is equipped with 4 beds, a bedroom with a 140×190 bed and a 120×190 sofa bed in the living room, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. It will be perfect to host you during your various stays. A small outdoor terrace area is also available.

Rustic & Cozy

Charming 94 m² cottage ideally located in Gâtine Poitevine between Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and Marais Poitevin. Feel free to visit the "osez la Gâtine" website to get an overview of our region. Sensitive to Heritage and ecology, we had to try different recipes for plasters, paints and tips that we will be happy to share with you if you wish.

Relax in the heart of our property in this warm and elegant accommodation, in the countryside where you will enjoy the calm and beauty of our 1 hectare wooded park. Located between the Futuroscope, the Poitevin marsh, the Puy du Fou, the banks of the Loire with the Château de Saumur, the Royal Abbey of Fontevraud, La Rochelle etc.
