Monthly Rentals in Gourmet Ghetto

I stayed at Justin's for 4 nights and was exactly what I needed as it was conveniently located close to UCB (15 mins walk) and downtown Berkley (25 mins walk). Everything is just as listed and the bed was extremely comfortable. Justin was very responsive and ensured to react to any of my queries within a few minutes. Would definitely stay at Justin's again.

The location is ideal, close to several renowned shops and restaurants (Panisse, Cheeseboard, Peet's coffee, etc.), in a very pleasant area, 15 minutes walk from University Campus and BART downtown Berkeley resort. The apartment is cozy, perfect for one or two people. Bonus: The small room in the attic allowed me to welcome my daughter for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay at Renée's. It was in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store. The place was spotless and the garden was beautiful. Communication was great and we appreciated the offer to check in early as we were driving around with luggage. Would definitely stay here again!

Sunny’s place was a clean, light filled studio loft in the sky. The bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious and spotless and French doors leading out to the deck made an already large studio apartment feel even more generous. The location was perfect for exploring north Berkeley. Very easy walking distance to most anything you might want or need. Thank you Sunny for your clear communication and a lovley stay.
