Here you will find a nice bright studio apartment. The gable sides are glazed and each equipped with a balcony. In the middle of the apartment there are an additional 10 skylights that provide a pleasant living environment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin with rain shower, sink with mirror and toilet. A bed 140/200 and a sofa bed are available for sleeping. The bed is visually separated from the rest of the room by a thread curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. The cooking and dining area is immediately adjacent to the cozy TV corner and also the reading corner.

NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Ferienwohnung Thea, Chiemsee

The newly renovated apartment "Thea" (60m²) is located in a quiet side street in Chieming am Chiemsee. Various shops, cafes and of course Lake Chiemsee are within walking distance. The living room has a cozy couch that can be converted into a sofa bed (1.55 m x 2.05 m). From there you can access the semi-shaded terrace. There is also a dining area in the fully equipped kitchen. In the bedroom there is a large double bed and a closet.
