Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Beautiful 85 sqm apartment on the second floor of a family house. Two bedrooms, kitchenette in the hallway and living/dining room with lake view. After all the children were out of the house, we decided with Dad to make the upper floor of the parents' house available for guests. Season 21 is our first and we hope to have nice guest encounters. Couples, small families & non-smokers will hopefully feel as comfortable in the large apartment with mountain and lake views as we do when visiting home.

Wonderfully located apartment with conservatory

Relax from your conservatory at this special and peaceful place with a fantastic view of the surrounding forests and fields. A spacious living area with sleeping area and dining area with kitchenette also leaves nothing to be desired and guarantees a vacation feeling from the first hour. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, espresso machine and all necessary electrical appliances. Lake Chiemsee can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, Salzburg in about 40 minutes.

Our apartment is a 3-minute walk from Traunsteiner train station, in a quiet location, 5 minutes from the city center, with nice cafes and shops. Shopping for your everyday needs are also a few minutes away. The apartment has its own entrance, room with double bed as well as single bed, which can be used as a sofa if not needed; small kitchen with all the necessary utensils... in case you need something and it is not there, just let me know

Super great location and quick responses from Pia. We spontaneously asked for two diapers to get four. Check-in was also super and straightforward. Everything was quiet at night. We can recommend it! To everyone with children: playground on foot and the inn has a great playground.

We found this a great location for the Ruhpolding World Cup Biathlon. Very close to Seigsdorf for the shuttle bus and only a few kilometers to the nearest bakery for breakfast. Traunstein was only a few more minutes for plenty of choices for dinner and other stores. Josef was very accommodating and we had the whole top floor to ourselves.

We spent a very nice cycling holiday in Traunstein. The cottage is perfect as a starting point for bike tours in all directions. Everything is rather small and cramped, but we felt comfortable (as a tall person, however, you bump your head from time to time). Overall, definitely a recommendation!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very lovingly and beautifully furnished and you have everything you need. We were there in the summer and the apartment was nice and cool, the terrace could be shaded well to relax. The communication was great, very friendly and helpful. All in all, we were very satisfied 😊

We stayed for a weekend in this apartment. It is equipped with everything you need. There is a cozy terrace. As it was very warm, we put a table and chairs on the lawn under the trees right next to the horse paddock! Super cozy. The Chiemsee can be reached on foot or by bike in no time. The small farm shop is equipped with many great things, especially delicious ice cream! We say thank you for a very relaxing time and will gladly come back Holly and Claudia

The Apartment is located in a quiet residential area, everything’s within a couple of minutes by car and 15mins walking. It’s equipped with everything we needed for a 10 days stay, we had a very comfortable stay with our 2 small kids. Thank you very much for having us!!
