Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grad Krk

It was an amazing stay. The hosts were super nice and always answered super fast if there were questions. The place is super sweet but for our personal taste it could‘ve been cleaner it was overall clean but there were a view things that could’ve gotten a little more attention while cleaning. It was a nice neighborhood we weren’t super quiet but there was never an issue with any neighbors. We do have to say that one evening a neighbor came onto the property to sell us olive oil which was kinda weird because we were only girls so I would keep the gates closed ( which we didn’t oops) and maybe not have things of worth laying around outside because if he had the chance to come onto the property others can to. But the host answered immediately when we told her and made sure we always felt save for the rest of our stay. Would definitely come back overall amazing.

Karlo's house matches the description provided, it's a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor space is well equipped, great for relaxing after a day at sea. The porch offers the possibility of alfresco dining in comfort even with the possibility of a large barbecue. The interiors are well arranged and upstairs there is the must-have (in summer) air conditioning. Tomislav and Dominique, who welcomed us, were very welcoming and helpful.

We had a great time at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is good, only a few minutes' drive from Krk city. You have 2 direct neighboring houses. The hosts were extremely friendly. Franjo was always available and also forgiving when one or the other small part broke. We highly recommend the house for 12 people.

The accommodation still exceeded our expectations. It's not just the facilities, cleanliness and all, the place has a spirit (genius loci). Communication with the hostess was quick and seamless, everything worked, so satisfaction. If you're ok with the fact that the beaches are about 2 km along forest paths, you'll be rewarded with privacy for swimming (we were here in June). For us it was worth it and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet without the crowds. Anyone who expects to cycle to the sea must be a skilled rider, as it must be very challenging in the heat and back from the water up the big hill. We preferred to use the car. We definitely want to go back!

We (3 couples with 2 babies) spent a week in Kresimir's house in July. The location is great - there is a good restaurant, bakery and a shop in Vrh (within walking distance, if you don't mind walking 5-10 minutes in warm weather) but plenty of other great options in a 5-10 minutes long drive too (including beaches with bars/restaurants). The house is perfect for more or bigger families - it is comfortable, has plenty of space, superb & spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms each, the kitchen is well equipped, so is the outside fireplace area. All rooms are airconditioned. The house, the terrace, the pool are all very clean, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Thanks a lot both to Kresimir and Martina (who welcomed us and handed the keys over upon our arrival and who was kind enough to also share a list of good beach destinations and restaurants) - the communication was smooth & straightforward all the way and I can only (highly) recommend booking with Kresimir.

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

Marko was friendly and easy to communicate with. Apartment had everything we needed and was as described. Garden and Terence are nice to chill during day with great bbq.

Nevenka's house made the difference for our staying in KRK. Two family with kids (4 adults and 3 grown kids). About the house: very spacious and super comfy (each bedroom with own bathroom, large wardrobes, large living room, wide kitchen, great outdoor space), fully equipped (all kitchen stuff very new, washing and dish washing machines, tv with internet, etc...) and above all SUPER clean and tidy (this is probably the most clean house we have ever found among all our AirBnB experiences)... more to come... Can't wait for the swimming pool to come on next year/s. About the host: Nevenka was always available for our small initial requests. Easy check in and comfortable check out. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Thanks a lot The house is a perfect spot after our return from a day-journey or from the beach (by the way very close to the beautiful Jert Beach). Very quiet neighbors (very few houses around). Nice outdoor patio for relaxing and spending our dinners in peace. Congratulations Nevenka for the refurbishment of the house and turning it into a great villa in KRK. Will see you again for sure.

Our stay was very pleasant! We could reach out to Marija whenever we needed something and she gave us all the information we asked for. A very nice and quiet place, not far from the beach if you go by car. If you’re looking for a quiet and nice place I really recommend it! Amazing for two small families!

Appartment marvelous ,clean with all kind of accessories . Place calm and in central Place very confortable . Host quite gentle and under disposal for all needs. We Will came back next season .

Tatiana's house is beautiful, spacious and has everything one is looking for to experience a quiet and carefree vacation with friends, from the terrace with the large table to dine together to the huge living room where one night of rain we found ourselves watching a movie! Honorable mention in particular to Tatiana who recommended where to go to eat and was always available to meet our requests! We hope to be back next year too

Listing that matches the listing. Quite out of the city center, rather quiet. Small garden in front of the house in the appreciable shade. However, beware of mosquitoes in the evening. Indoor with essentials. Clean bed linen and towels. Good bedding. A second private terrace with jacuzzi, perfect in high heat. Functional bathroom

Our family of four stayed in this apartment in Krk and we were delighted. The apartment is extremely spacious and comfortable, much bigger than we expected. Everything is clean and tidy, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is great, close to the town center. The hosts are extremely friendly and always ready to help. We recommend this apartment to everyone, it is ideal for a family vacation.

I can recommend this place, nice, peaceful, has a panomramic view to the sea. The neighbourhood is quiet. It is optimal for couples, little families. The hosts are very kind.

Loved the location. A small village, almost no traffic. 60 mtrs to the sea. The terrace is great and the birds are really all you hear. The bathroom is small and the bath is one you can only sit in - no lying down. The bed is a pull out couch. Works well but it has seen better days.

Jelena and Ivo were wonderful hosts. They were welcoming on arrival and flexible with times. Jelena was very responsive, and gave us great local recommendations for restaurants and walking! The villa is gorgeous, we loved the sauna and the pools and the beautiful surroundings and views. The kitchen is fully equipped. We would love to come again. Thank you so much Jelena and Ivo!

Doris' accommodation is extremely equipped, spacious and clean. It's great that there is a pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong, etc. Doris and her partner are very kind and flexible, helpful. We have very nice memories from there. 🤗❤️

Clear 5 stars... we were completely satisfied. The house is even nicer than the pictures and really well equipped. Dina is a very warm host and always available. The view from the terrace is a dream and if you like it rather quiet, you will love it there. We would rent this house again anytime. Thanks again for everything

We had an incredible stay at Davor and Tanja’s house! The property is absolutely beautiful and provided ample space for our entire family. The pool and outdoor space was a fantastic feature, perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The house is thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and spacious environment. We came with two small children and grandparents, and everyone had their own space to enjoy. The grandparents especially appreciated having their own area downstairs, which provided them with privacy and comfort. Davor and Tanja were wonderful hosts, ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. We highly recommend this home for a memorable family vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We didn't miss anything at Villa Ohana and Kristian was always available on site for any concerns. The house is very modern and looks inviting through the bright, playful and open furnishing style - perfect for young families, couples or good friends. The villa is located in Linardici, a small and quiet place from which the sea, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible by car. All in all, we can recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a break with their loved ones.

We spent 10 days at Villa Allegra together as a group of 5. It‘s a beautiful house in the heart of Krk. The beach and bigger cities are very close. We can recommend it very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sanja‘s place! The house, grounds and pool were very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need and the outdoor kitchen with the grill and pizza oven was awesome 😍 There were always a few herbs outside to cook with. There was really enough sunbathing area for everyone, both in the sun and in the shade. The bathrooms and rooms were very modern and the beds were comfortable. Sanja was always available via SMS or Whatsapp and always answered all of our questions very quickly and patiently. Nearby there is a baker, a post office, a small bar and a small shop. We would always recommend this lovely place! 😊 Thanks so much to Sanja and her husband!

The location of the listing is in a residential area close to all amenities, the center and the beach, which was very convenient. Nonetheless, we were bothered by the neighbors' dog's continuous barking. The accommodation is well arranged for 6 people with air conditioning (extra charge), the view is very pleasant. An umbrella for the terrace and a microwave would be appreciated. There is no designated parking space. You have to park on the street and we always found space even if we were 2 vehicles. We enjoyed our stay in Krk and recommend Davor's place.
