Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Grad Zadar

With 2 people we stayed here overnight. The apartment is easy to reach and is right by the sea. In addition to the luxurious interior, the private terrace was also pleasant. The pool with self service bar on the second floor is great. Here you can enjoy the sunset and have breakfast in the morning. Furthermore, everything was very clean and we were warmly welcomed. In summary, I only have positive feedback about the hosts of this apartment.

Everything was as it should be and as was mentioned in the advertisement. Lovely apartment, modern, nicely aranged. Balcony at the top floor great. For our kids ideal place for all meals. 2 bedrooms with very big beds, spacious. Vice pool and very good barbecue ares (tables, grill, small kitchen etc.). Beach is close, although this is not the best beach of Pag. Strongly recomend to visit other beaches. Close to bakery, supermarket and nice pizzeria Snoopy. Ivan and his father are very helpful all the time. Honestly this place is a very good choice if You want to visit Pag - close to the city of Pag, close to most of the fines beaches, small village with everything You need (market, fresh fruits and veges, bakery etc.), lovely apartments, not many people around, nice pool and very very nice barbecue area. You do not need anything more to spend fantastic holidays.

Very nice apartment and very friendly host! The apartment was as described and everything was properly present. We were warmly welcomed by the host. She gave us good tips for restaurants and activities, she also watched weather forecasts and we received a map of the region, very convenient! We found some small hygienic drawbacks that we shared with the host, which was responded to well. All in all, a very nice experience. This listing is highly recommended!

Really nice place at the front row to the sea. The apartment has nice furniture, three bedroomels with high quality beds, two full bathrooms and one additional toilet. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and has a great sea view. The pool area is amazing. It is shared with other apartments, but there are just twp or three, so we only met a few people there. The best of all is the pool side bar area, where you an take drinks from the fridge or mae yourself a cocktail or just coffee, and simply mark it down and pay at the check-out. The personell were super nice and also made us breakfast in the morning (it is not included in price, you must order it). The only small downside is the cooling system in the apartment - it blows cold air from the floor upwards, so it is not very effective as the cool air always stays down low, so it was a bit warm at times. Maybe we didn't use it properly. We will definitely try to come back.

Great apartment, nice host, super localisation, close to nice Beach, restaurant, shop or marina- a bit farther from center of Zadar, so was an advantage for us.

One of the best vacations. This large, clean apartment seems to be an excellent option for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We had everything we needed, including kitchen appliances, coffee, milk, vine and hygiene supplies. Natali is very nice person, she gave us detailed instructions on how to get inside and how to check out by ourselves. Inside same building you’ll find place to have a breakfast, in 200 meters there are few supermarkets. To beach Kolovare 10-15 min walk. Overall, Zadar appears to be an ideal destination for a relaxing, yet adventure-filled vacation in Croatia. The city's historic charm, natural beauty, and accessibility make it a great choice for travelers.

Small, cute apartment in a top location. Only 1 min from the beach, with access to the pool. It was all great and very straightforward. The apartment is simply furnished, but everything really fit great and was perfect for us and the long weekend.

Amazing place to stay!! Everything was so clean that it looked like brand new apartments. Definitely worth the price according to the accommodation and the host!!

The house is smaller than in the photos that don't show it as it is today. The exteriors and furniture are no longer the same. It should also be noted that the road not far from the house is quite noisy, cars are constantly passing all day long. Overall the service is still good but is not the exact reflection of what we expect when we see the listing. Despite everything it is very correct and the house is well arranged, the owner is also a nice and available person.

Frane's house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a little out of the centre of the city but that was what we wanted... it was peaceful and quiet... a good place to relax. We were sad to leave and would happily stay here again.

We really enjoyed our holiday week in the house on Vir. Communication with Ana-Marija worked great and she was always available for questions :-) The location of the vacation home is great. Almost secluded, far away from neighboring buildings. To the west, the beautiful sandy beach bay and to the other sides, natural terrain with beautiful pine forests. We heard almost exclusively the cicadas chirping and the wind rustling the sea. We used the great, covered terrace extensively for breakfast. The house itself impresses with its clear, high-quality furnishings without frills. We have found everything we need to live. Everything is very well maintained, as good as new and clean. An environment that allowed us to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The playground with trampoline directly adjacent to the beach bay is also great. The devices are intended solely for the guests of the two holiday homes :-) Great! We have had beautiful hikes over the great island. We also went swimming/snorkeling every day. The sandy bay not far from the house is great for children, as it is very protected and really very flat. For snorkeling, we hiked from the house and found great coves away from the hustle and bustle, which were super suitable. You can get everything on the island, even on Sundays :-) The second-hand shop, which is located behind the drugstore, is also great. We made beautiful excursions to Nin and to Zadar and quickly dipped into the bathing bay in the evening. Hiking is also worthwhile on the island. Especially the paths across the botany up to the viewpoints and then to the north all the way down again were very natural and beautiful. We will be happy to come back :-) Michaela with family

We had a beautiful stay in such a lovely villa! Location is ideally between the airport and the old town with a harbour and beach within walking distance as well as local supermarkets.

A magnificent, impressive and beautiful villa that is superbly equipped. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. We were able to enjoy a wonderful week and would come back at any time. The hosts were very friendly and surprised us with numerous things on arrival (fruit, drinks, sweets). We can only say thank you for this paradise.

Ana was super friendly and went above and beyond as a great host. I felt very much looked after, super accommodating, the place was perfect and a great start to my holiday. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Croatia! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed — but the highlights were definitely the outdoor facilities. We loved the garden play equipment, and the pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Our host was incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed with food on arrival, and throughout our stay we were treated to fresh vegetables from the garden — such a thoughtful touch. One of the most heartwarming moments was when the host gave our daughter a gift as we were leaving — it made her day and ours! We truly felt at home here and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. We will definitely stay again.
