Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Grad Zadar

Met 2 personen hebben wij hier overnacht. Het appartement is goed te bereiken en ligt direct aan zee. Naast het luxe interieur, was het privé terras ook aangenaam. Het zwembad met self service bar op de tweede verdieping is geweldig. Hier kan je genieten van de zonsondergang en in de ochtend ontbijten. Verder was alles erg schoon en werden we hartelijk verwelkomt. Samenvattend heb ik alleen maar positieve feedback over de verhuurders van dit appartement.

Everything was as it should be and as was mentioned in the advertisement. Lovely apartment, modern, nicely aranged. Balcony at the top floor great. For our kids ideal place for all meals. 2 bedrooms with very big beds, spacious. Vice pool and very good barbecue ares (tables, grill, small kitchen etc.). Beach is close, although this is not the best beach of Pag. Strongly recomend to visit other beaches. Close to bakery, supermarket and nice pizzeria Snoopy. Ivan and his father are very helpful all the time. Honestly this place is a very good choice if You want to visit Pag - close to the city of Pag, close to most of the fines beaches, small village with everything You need (market, fresh fruits and veges, bakery etc.), lovely apartments, not many people around, nice pool and very very nice barbecue area. You do not need anything more to spend fantastic holidays.

Hartstikke fijn appartement en zeer vriendelijke host! Het appartement was zoals omschreven en alles was naar behoren aanwezig. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de host. Hierbij gaf ze ons goede tips voor restaurants en activiteiten, ook keek ze mee naar weersvoorspellingen en we ontvingen een plattegrond van de regio, erg handig! We troffen wat kleine hygiënische minpunten aan die we met de host gedeeld hebben, hier werd goed op gereageerd. Al met al een zeer fijne ervaring. Deze advertentie is een aanrader!

Really nice place at the front row to the sea. The apartment has nice furniture, three bedroomels with high quality beds, two full bathrooms and one additional toilet. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and has a great sea view. The pool area is amazing. It is shared with other apartments, but there are just twp or three, so we only met a few people there. The best of all is the pool side bar area, where you an take drinks from the fridge or mae yourself a cocktail or just coffee, and simply mark it down and pay at the check-out. The personell were super nice and also made us breakfast in the morning (it is not included in price, you must order it). The only small downside is the cooling system in the apartment - it blows cold air from the floor upwards, so it is not very effective as the cool air always stays down low, so it was a bit warm at times. Maybe we didn't use it properly. We will definitely try to come back.

Great apartment, nice host, super localisation, close to nice Beach, restaurant, shop or marina- a bit farther from center of Zadar, so was an advantage for us.

One of the best vacations. This large, clean apartment seems to be an excellent option for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We had everything we needed, including kitchen appliances, coffee, milk, vine and hygiene supplies. Natali is very nice person, she gave us detailed instructions on how to get inside and how to check out by ourselves. Inside same building you’ll find place to have a breakfast, in 200 meters there are few supermarkets. To beach Kolovare 10-15 min walk. Overall, Zadar appears to be an ideal destination for a relaxing, yet adventure-filled vacation in Croatia. The city's historic charm, natural beauty, and accessibility make it a great choice for travelers.

Kleine, süße Wohnung in top Lage. Nur 1 Min vom Strand entfernt, mit Zugang zum Pool. Es war alles top und sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, aber es hat wirklich alles super gepasst und war für uns und das lange Wochenende perfekt.

Amazing place to stay!! Everything was so clean that it looked like brand new apartments. Definitely worth the price according to the accommodation and the host!!

La maison fait plus petite que sur les photos qui ne la montrent pas telle qu'elle est aujourd'hui. Les extérieurs et les meubles ne sont plus les mêmes. Il faut également préciser que la route non loin de la maison est assez bruyante, des voitures passent sans cesse toute la journée. Globalement la prestation est quand même bonne mais n'est pas le reflet exact de ce à quoi on s'attend en voyant l'annonce. Malgré tout c'est très correct et la maison est bien agencée, la propriétaire est également une personne agréable et disponible.

Frane's house was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a little out of the centre of the city but that was what we wanted... it was peaceful and quiet... a good place to relax. We were sad to leave and would happily stay here again.

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche im Haus auf Vir sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Ana-Marija hat toll geklappt und sie war immer erreichbar bei Fragen :-) Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ganz toll. Quasi Alleinlage, weit weg von der Nachbarbebauung. Nach Westen die wunderschöne Sandstrandbucht und zu den anderen Seiten naturbelassenes Gelände mit schönen Pinienwäldchen. Wir hörten fast ausschliesslich die Zikaden zirpen und bei Wind das Meer rauschen. Die tolle, überdachte Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig zum frühstücken genutzt. Das Haus selbst besticht durch seine klare, hochwertige Einrichtung ohne Schnickschnack. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir zum Leben benötigen. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt, neuwertig und sauber. Eine Umgebung also, die uns vom trubeligen Alltag toll abschalten ließ. Toll auch der Spielplatz mit Trampolin direkt angrenzend an die Strandbucht. Die Geräte sind allein nur für die Gäste der beiden Ferienhäuser bestimmt :-) Topp! Wir haben schöne Wanderungen über die tolle Insel gemacht. Ebenso waren wir jeden Tag Schwimmen/schnorcheln. Die Sandbucht unweit des Hauses ist super für Kinder, da sie sehr geschützt ist und wirklich sehr flach abfällt. Zum Schnorcheln sind wir vom Haus aus losgewandert und haben tolle Buchten abseits des Trubels gefunden, die sich dazu super eigneten. Auf der Insel bekommt ihr alles, auch sonntags :-) Toll ist auch der Second-Hand-Laden, der sich hinter dem Drogeriemarkt befindet. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge nach Nin und nach Zadar unternommen und sind abends schnell in die Badebucht abgetaucht. Auch das Wandern lohnt sich auf der Insel. Besonders die Wege quer durch die Botanik hoch zu den Aussichtspunkten und dann nach Norden rundrum wieder nach unten waren sehr naturbelassen und schön. Wir waren sehr gut mit der Wohnung zufrieden. Sie war sauber und für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit 10 Mädels super gut geeignet. Der Weg nach Zadar ist wunderschön und das Meer mit schönen Bademöglichkeiten ist nah!

Eine grandios, beeindruckende und wunderschöne Villa, die top ausgestattet ist. Alles ist gut durchdacht und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche genießen dürfen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben uns mit zahlreichen Dingen bei der Ankunft überrascht (Obst, Getränke Süßigkeiten). Wir können nur Danke sagen für dieses Paradies.

Ana was super friendly and went above and beyond as a great host. I felt very much looked after, super accommodating, the place was perfect and a great start to my holiday. Would definitely recommend, better than staying at a hotel. Would definitely come again next time I’m in Zadar. Thanks Ana for your hospitality. X

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Croatia! The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed — but the highlights were definitely the outdoor facilities. We loved the garden play equipment, and the pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Our host was incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed with food on arrival, and throughout our stay we were treated to fresh vegetables from the garden — such a thoughtful touch. One of the most heartwarming moments was when the host gave our daughter a gift as we were leaving — it made her day and ours! We truly felt at home here and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with children. We will definitely stay again.
