We were there for a girls' vacation and the apartment was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It looked like the photos and we were not disappointed. Everything was super clean and tidy. One of the highlights was the heated pool overlooking the sea 🤩 The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, we had a rental car and so everything was easily accessible. We were also often out and about with Uber without any problems. A few days before our arrival, we received a message from Blazenko with all the important information. Although we arrived very late on the day of arrival, he took a lot of time and explained everything to us. Blazenko was always available to us and gave us many tips. We definitely recommend the place.

The arrival went smoothly, all the necessary information was sent to us beforehand. We were met by the possessions who live on the ground floor of the apartment. We were shown the apartment very nicely and we also got a lot of tips for shopping right away. The apartment was super clean and also looked like in the photos. The listed amenities were also available. We also had no problems with the landlords that our dog (10 months old) was sometimes a little louder😅. The area is super quiet, everywhere you can find usable loungers and clean beaches.

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. Bozidar is a great host, he really cared for guests, his apartment is in excellent condition, when we first stepped in, we were like… wow !!! It was so clean AND so private !!! In Zadar we need to rent a car, so we did, and his parking area is no problem…. Any way, we just love it because it was beautiful, clean and easy to move around with a car. Bozidar even gave us a free cherry bucket he picked it in his back yard. Thanks a lot. Hope to see you next time.

We loved our stay in this beautiful spacious home. There was plenty of space and everything was spik and span and well equipped. The host was quick to respond to questions and also the check-in and check-out went smoothly. Recommended!

The apartment was really nice and well equipped. We were lucky to be the only tenants in the house for the whole week and we got to keep our little beach to ourselves. It was good to communicate with Stipen and the apartment was also very nice and the sea view was just amazing. It should also be mentioned that there was a 3-meter distance from the outer wall of the house to the winding road and about 100 loud motorcycles passed by the house every day. Sometimes the atmosphere was like on a motorcycle track. It was quiet and pleasant at night. The water was wonderfully clear and it was easy to swim from the backyard.

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. There are also restaurants not far away. Nevertheless, the environment is always quiet and you can enjoy your holiday without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I can recommend this accommodation to anyone.

A great holiday in Privlaka - absolute recommendation! We had a wonderful time in this vacation home in Privlaka! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts – they were extremely friendly, helpful and always available, without being intrusive. You felt welcome from the first moment. The house itself was modern, clean and lovingly furnished. Particularly noteworthy are the beautiful garden and the magnificent pool, which invite you to relax and enjoy. Everything was very well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. Location was also perfect. Everything you need for a successful holiday was available in the vicinity: shopping, restaurants and beautiful beaches. In addition, Privlaka was an ideal starting point for excursions in the region. We have discovered many charming cities in the area (e.g. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik, etc.). We had a wonderful time in Nin and Marina's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped, we lacked nothing. The apartment is rather small overall, but completely ok for 2. Marina always responded quickly to our questions and even the refrigerator was filled with treats upon our arrival. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the old town, where there are many beautiful restaurants. We definitely recommend the apartment and will certainly come back ourselves 🤗 All the best, Marina!

Very friendly and very helpful host. Very flexible checkin. Communication responses fast.There is a balcony to use with an amazing view. Aircon excellent, as was the Wi-Fi. A fridge was a big bonus to keep our drinks cool .Thankyou Iva !

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

Staying at Kristina's apartment in Bibinje was great. A beachfront home. Contact with Kristina is sensational and immediate. My wife and I were there for a week and it was great. Shops nearby, bars and restaurants. The beach is clean. Hassle-free accommodation and check-in. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you needed and more. A great surprise from host Kristina is delicious pralines and tincture that were waiting for us in the apartment when we arrived. We'll definitely be back!
