Wonderful stay at Roman & Kathi’s place!!! Recommended 11/10!!! Can’t recommend it enough!!!

Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohl in der schönen Wohnung gefühlt. Alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und sogar darüber hinaus (in unserem Fall). Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder! Die Gastgeberin Irena ist sehr, sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit! Wie schön, wenn alles so unkompliziert, straight und liebevoll ablaufen darf! Unternehmungen, Aktivitäten jeglicher Art sind unbegrenzt möglich. Liebe Grüße, eine gute Zeit und bis bald, Betina&Maximilian

This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

Izredno dobra lokacija nastanitve. Samo 1 min stran od Tartinijevega trga in pa seveda od morja in plaže. Nastanitev je bila kot opisano. Vse čisto in urejeno. Lastnik izredno hitro odziven z jasnimi navodili prihoda in načina parkiranja. Nastanitev ni bilo težko najti. To je bila ena boljših izkušenj. 》》》 Extremely good location of the accommodation. Only 1 min away from Tartini Square and of course from the sea and the beach. The accommodation was as described. Everything clean and tidy. The owner was extremely quick to respond with clear instructions on arrival and parking. The accommodation was not difficult to find. This was one of the better experiences.

Tolle Unterkunft an einer tollen Lage. Innert Minuten am Meer, Dogpark oder in der Fussgängerzone wo es süsse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt. Einfaches Check-in und Schlüssellos, was wir super fanden. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Highlight mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht über Prian. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuss sein, da es viele Treppen gibt :) Jovana ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich🙌🏻

Die Lage ist super! Es war ein rundum netter Aufenthalt, wir kommen wieder!

Už podruhé jsme navštívili krásné ubytování s výhledem na Terstský záliv. Ubytování je nové v uzavřeném areálu, v přízemí je garážové stání, v blízkosti supermarket a restaurace, do centra Muggie již trochu dále. Perfektní a rychlá komunikace s hostitelem. Chci ještě jednou poděkovat hostiteli a rád se zase vrátím. Mohu jen doporučit!

Tanja e Darko ci hanno accolto in modo amorevole. Sorridenti e sempre disponibili, ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni utili per esplorare la zona e ci hanno coccolato offrendoci prodotti del loro territorio e un’ottima merenda preparata da Tanja. L’alloggio è estremamente curato e pulitissimo, con aria condizionata, zanzariere, parcheggio e un piccolo giardino recintato perfetto per viaggiare col proprio cane. Situato in zona tranquilla e comoda a raggiungere il mare con una passeggiata di pochi minuti. Raggiungibili a piedi anche un minimarket, il panificio e un ristorante. Consigliatissimo! Noi non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

The apartment’s atmosphere was very nice. Designed by an interior designer, few years ago fully refurbished. Some parts look good, but are not really practical (big chandeliers). The kitchen is fully equipped, so we could prepare food easily. The AC was working. Alenka reccommended us a lot of places to visit, she is a really kind and helpful host :) enjoyed our stay in Piran and would recommend Casa Matteo to anyone :)

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern in diesem Haus. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft war nicht nur wunderschön eingerichtet, sie war auch super sauber und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Besonders haben wir die Morgenden im Garten genossen: Mit Frühstück auf der Terrasse und mit viel Spaß im Pool. Dennis war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Er war immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Dass das Häuschen in seinem Garten steht, war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir hatten absolute Privatsphäre und nie das Gefühl irgendwie beobachtet zu werden. Natürlich ist das Haus nicht riesig und der Platz war zu viert durchaus überschaubar. Aber da wir eigentlich sowieso nur zum schlafen im Haus waren und ansonsten immer draußen, hat uns die Größe überhaupt nicht gestört. Novigrad ist ein wunderschönes ruhiges Städtchen. Wir haben uns dort alle rundum wohlgefühlt.

Sehr gute lage, zentral in Barcola, aber ruhig. Tolles Ambiente, schöne Zimmer. Und René war ein hervorragender Host, sehr zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar, informativ, sehr freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. Ohne Zweifel würde ich sofort nochmal buchen, falls ich in Trieste wäre. Danke, René!

Het huis van Baça is waarschijnlijk de beste plek die je kunt vinden als je in Piran wilt verblijven. Het huis is werkelijk prachtig gelegen op de heuvel van Fiesa, het uitzicht is onbetaalbaar en verveelt nooit. De tuin is groot en heel mooi aangelegd, met verschillende zitjes en een privépad naar het strand. Ook is het een groot voordeel dat je je auto voor de deur kunt parkeren. Het huis zelf is eenvoudig, maar schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Binnen 15 minuten ben je lopend langs een mooi pad in het centrum van Piran, maar ook Portoroz is op loopafstand. We hebben Baça zelf niet ontmoet, maar de communicatie was vlekkeloos. We hebben genoten van onze week in Piran en komen graag terug!

Fantastiskt ställe. Vår värd var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi fick flera trevliga mejl med information kring det vi behövde veta och det som stod ut lite extra vad den goda tonen. Alltid ett vänligt ord vilket uppskattas. Huset var centralt, det fanns möjligheter att laga mat, vilket är en stor fördel när man är i Italien och har så mycket goda råvaror att välja på. Lägenheten var ren och fin.

Wir waren 2 Nächte zu Besuch. Die Lage ist super, der Ausblick ist schön. Der nutzbare Garten ist sehr schön angelegt. Vladimir ist sehr freundlich, er spricht Deutsch und Englisch. Der Check in war sehr einfach. Alles in einem Sehr zu empfehlen.

Az eddigi legszebb szállás ahol valaha megszálltunk. A szállás, a kilátás gyönyörű volt, az apartman tágas, modern, mindennel felszerelt. Semmiben nem szenvedtünk hiányt. A szálláson jól éreztük magunkat, a pingpong asztal kiváló ötlet, sakkoztunk, kártyáztunk a gyönyörű naplementében. 😊 A környék meseszép, a tenger közelsége, a kikötővárosok, a természet igazi meghitt pihenést kínált számunkra. Spela és párja nagyon kedves és közvetlen, személyesen fogadtak minket és a fali táblán személyes üzenettel köszöntöttek minket a mi anyanyelvünkön. Nagyon megható gesztus volt. Segítőkészek és barátságosak, bármilyen kérdéssel fordulhatunk hozzájuk. Szívesen visszatérnénk ide, remélem lesz még lehetőségünk rá. 😊

Susanna`s place was more than adequate for our stay in Trieste. Susanna and her son met us at the door and provided us with a lot of advice and suggestions for us to do in Trieste. Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view for me was fantastic. the unit is in a very quiet location although a bit out from the city centre. We enjoyed 3 meals in the unit on the balcony during our stay. Susanna is a fantastic host and we would recommend staying at Susanna`s place. Note, there is a short but tight spiral staircase to access the room so bear that in mind if mobility for you is a problem. However, it was not a problem for us. I definitely recommend a stay at Susanna`s place.

Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal bei Jasna & Vlado und fühlen uns in Dajla sehr wohl. Meee ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Konoba mit leckerem Essen noch näher. Bäckerei ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Jasna und Vlado kann man jederzeit kontaktieren und sie sind immer freundlich.

Wir sind viel unterwegs und diese Unterkunft war eine der besten die wir je gemietet haben ! Die Gastgeberinnen waren immer sofort erreichbar. Leider mußten wir den Urlaub auf Grund einer Erkrankung abbrechen , aber wir werden wiederkommen!

La casa di Marina e’ grande e accessoriata bene, letti comodi, bagni grandi e piacevoli. Spazi comuni notevoli! La posizione ottima, sotto casa fermata bus per raggiungere il lungo mare e il centro in brevissimo tempo, parcheggio taxi davanti al portone. Parcheggi auto vicino se fortunati! Park S. Giacomo a 5’ da casa( a pagamento). Marina cordiale e puntuale e informata! Ottimo soggiorno grazie! Marco

Really nicely decorated apartment, with a comfy bed, good shower and everything we needed in the kitchen (including oil, salt and pepper!). Also had good AC for when it got hot. Super short walk to the sea and lots of restaurants.

It is newly refurbished, spotless, with all the necessary amenities, and just about the right size for a couple. The place is very easy to find, and there is a beautiful view just a few steps from the main door. There are lots of fantastic restaurants, a market with fresh produce, and lots of other interesting places within walking distance. Dezi was super helpful and very friendly. Great for a relaxing vacation, if you are planning to work, there is a high table with bar chairs which might not be ideal for long work sessions, and the WIFI connection is poor, so have a reliable connection with you. Wonderful place and host, highly recommend!

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.

Für uns von großem Vorteil war, das wir unseren Hund mitbringen konnten und der Hundestrand nur 100 Meter entfernt war. Die Stadt Monfalcone ist leider sehr anschaulich- aber die Lage zu Triest / Koper oder Gradow - Venedig gut.
