The free beach and the sandy beach, ideal for children, are 50 m away. The supermarket and all services are just a few minutes' walk away. Exclusive garage on the -1 floor. The apartment, with the exception of the bathroom, has no doors, but only blackout curtains.

Two parking spaces are available for free (tandem parking - your cars parked one in front of the other). The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is not yet included in the price and has to be paid in addition in cash.

Comfortable for 2 people. I also speak English and German. From March 1, 2018, the tourist tax will be introduced in Grado. I will communicate the amounts as soon as they are made known.
