Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Very central two-room apartment in the pedestrian area 100 m from the sea in the heart of the Gradese aperitif. Bright, comfortable, air-conditioned, with a large terrace overlooking the main avenue. Facing the historic center of Grado harbor

We have been to Grado many times, but this was the first time at Vanni. Vanni greeted us very kindly and we immediately felt welcome. You can tell that Vanni takes care of the apartment with a lot of love and care. Everything was sparkling clean. We loved the balcony and the opportunity to watch the hustle and bustle of the old harbor from up there. We were positively surprised how much storage space the apartment offers. The garage directly at the apartment was also a big plus. Vanni was very concerned about us, inquired in between if we needed anything. He even took the time to congratulate me on my birthday. We'll be back.

Grado has shown its best side. Our holidays have been enriched by a lot of sunshine. The apartment is very centrally located, everything is within walking distance, such as restaurants, shopping, beach. Two bicycles are also available. We liked it very much and we will definitely come back to Ondrej.

Comfy flat close to the sea

Nice apartment with sunny balcony for breakfast. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather more often - the well-functioning heating was very pleasant. Well located - close to the beach, spa, spar and weekly market (Saturday)... Short walk across the beach promenade into the old town. Marco is a very nice host who always responded quickly and kindly. Thanks, we felt very comfortable :))
