Apartment holiday rentals in Grado-Pineta

We’ve spent 4 days at Eva’s lovely apartment. We liked the privacy of the neighborhood, and the pool that was not crowded at all. It was a huge plus to have bicycles, even one with a child seat, so we could easily explore Grado with our 3y son. Next time we’ll travel to Grado, I‘m sure we’ll return to Eva’s 😊

The apartment hosted by Denis was a welcoming surprise: very spacious and impeccably clean. The bedrooms are large and nicely decorated. Beds were as comfortable as can be. The living room is lovely. A separate toilet makes sharing the shower room easy. The rain shower and hand-held suits all habits. You can cook a great meal or just have an Illy espresso in their lavish kitchen. The high-ceilinged old architecture has been preserved with tasteful modern conveniences. Denis and Francesca are perfect hosts, giving great tips and answering all questions promptly. They took great care of us. The building is up a direct steep hill road from the side of the station, but a short walk to via Udine makes it much easier with luggage taking the same time. Hoping to go back and stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Ingrid's place in Trieste. Her flat was nicely decorated, very clean and in a lovely old building in a perfect location right in the centre of town close to all the main sights with lots of restaurants, cafes etc nearby. Ingrid was very responsive and kindly let me check in an hour earlier as well as quickly answered a question I had a long the way. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Silvia's place was amazing! The location of the accommodation was great, with the beach and the city in close proximity and easily accessible. The apartment was equipped with everything you need, and as a special touch, an Aperol was even ready for us. :) The apartment was clean and had air conditioning, which made the stay very pleasant. The only small disadvantage was the parking, as it was very crowded and difficult to find a place. Overall a great place to stay that we would be happy to recommend!

We felt very comfortable. The location is super-almost directly on the sea. With air conditioning and a fly screen on the lower floor, it was good to bear - end of September. Good starting point to explore Grado or also to make further excursions to Trieste, but also Croatia. Only the non-functioning TV could have been a problem if the weather had been bad. Then it's better not to specify a TV. Otherwise, we'd love to come back.

We had a pleasant stay. The reservation, the check-in and the rest, everything went smoothly and easily. The directions given were accurate. Very nice apartment, furnished with taste and simplicity but with great care paid to the functionality and also to the aesthetics of the place. (Fans placed in the right place.) We also appreciated the details that make you feel good right away. Being able to make a coffee or salad when you arrive because you can find coffee capsules or oil or other things by opening the cabinets. We highly recommend this apartment for a few days in Trieste.

This place is crazy beautiful! We had a great time. The unite is amazing and the sauna on a patio is top bonus. Beautiful sea views. Everything was perfect. Very peaceful community, great beach club with pools too.

Daniela is a charming, welcoming and very responsive host who did everything she could to make our stay easier. The apartment is very beautiful and very pleasant. It is also extremely quiet (the bedroom and living room overlook a garden). Great place that I would highly recommend!

It was simply enchanting in every way. We were able to spend an unforgettable time, one would certainly endure it even longer. Fantastic location right by the sea, terrace invites you to linger. Mega roof terrace. Full equipment and there is absolutely nothing missing.

This apartment became our home for two weeks, and it was perfect! The interior design was immaculate, and we felt provided for down to every little detail: including a thoughtfully placed notepad on the desk, a loaf of sweet bread when we first checked in, and towels that were folded just so. I worked in the apartment during the day, and the view of the red tile roofs and turquoise sea never got old. Marta and Pietro were extremely kind and responsive, and they couldn't have been better hosts!

The apartment was rather small but unbelievably functional, I did not miss a thing. In fact, I'd been under the impression there was no way to prepare meals (which I was perfectly okay with to begin with) but was pleasantly surprised to discover that was not the case. The AC cooled the place down fast but it was quite alright without it (even though it's on one of the upper floors). The entire building felt very quiet and safe and I'd gladly stay there again in the future.

Beautiful apartment, recently refurbished, modern, cozy. But the real added value is the rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of Piran. Jovana is extremely attentive and friendly - making sure her guests have a great time. We sure did.

Comfortable apartment not far from the beach in a quiet area with supermarket nearby. If we have the chance, we'll be happy to come back.

The suite was exactly as described and perfectly suited our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a smooth stay. The check-in process was simple, and communication with the host was clear and prompt throughout. The location was convenient and had great parking.

We liked our vacation very much! Robert’s place is very nice, exactly as described, the view is simply amazing and the apartment is well equipped! Robert and his wife were both very responsive and kind! We recommend his place without any doubts and looking forward to come back ourselves!

Everything was great really, Veronica is amazing, very polite and super helpful. Apartment is located on main street, two minutes from the beach, it is super clean, equipped with everything you need. Everything is close by restaurants, bars, stores… I would recommend 5/5

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the beautiful accommodation for three nights and would have liked to stay longer. It is a breathtaking view and the whirlpool is the icing on the cake. We were completely satisfied! We will be happy to come back.

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable. We particularly liked the two terraces and the good location in relation to swimming, restaurants and cultural life. There's always something going on in Piran. On the weekend, we were able to experience great live music.

It was a beautiful house and very nice and well designed.If anyone likes to enjoy relax and clam holiday,you can enjoy a lot.The host guy most amazing and great person,he really helpful as a host.I had a great experience so far.Shops and sea everything under 10 minutes.Overall luxury feeling.Better to choose on summer time.More people and more fun.Overall everything was great and beautiful!

Mirjam greeted us on time when we arrived and was very helpful with us. The apartment is in a very green and very quiet area with parking facilities. It is a great base for being able to visit nearby places, such as Piran and Izola. The apartment is elegant and very cozy. The kitchen is functional and complete with appliances for any need. The bathroom is windowed with a large shower. The outdoor area is very nice for breakfasts and enjoying the sunset in the evening. We had a really nice time and relaxed a lot.
