Furniture is carefully selected with a focus on sustainability. Textiles in organic materials have been selected. The garden is large and beautiful and there is a very short distance to the sea.

The summerhouse was built 15 years ago, and has 3 lovely bedrooms overlooking the ocean, a lovely kitchen-living room, also overlooking the ocean. A large bathroom, an extra toilet, and an outdoor shower. The house also houses a brewer's and a spacious courtyard, where you can sit in shelter during the windy days. It's a place to enjoy life and completely relax.

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

There is a very cozy alcove for a nap or cozy nook, including an outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by a very large terrace all around. The garden invites to ball games and play, including a sandbox. There is only 20 min walk (5 min by bike, there are 6 by the house) from the lovely beach. the famous Maglehøje is 100 m from the house.
