Quiet oasis of well-being | 3 bedrooms near Munich

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The apartment, newly built in 2020, is centrally located in the quiet residential district in the south of Munich. Our appartment offers one big, combined living- and bedroom (30 m² / 290 ft²), a kitchen and a bathroom. It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. The guest apartment is in the souterrain of our home, with separate entrance. From the spacious entrance area you can reach the bathroom as well as the kitchenette with refrigerator, 2-plate stove and microwave. You will then pass through the dressing area with dresser and wardrobe, into the large cozy living, dining and sleeping area. The sturdy dining table is also suitable as a workplace.

Die zwei gemütlichen Zimmer im Dachgeschoß (2.OG) sind ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Sie bieten max. 4 Schlafplätze für Erwachsene (180cm Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten mit 80cm). Da wir die Zimmer auch selbst privat für Freunde nutzen, die zu Besuch kommen, gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Es gibt ein eigenes Bad und eine Kochecke, wo man sich Kaffee und kleine Snacks bereiten kann.

Unsere kleine Wohnung ist ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sie ist ein süßes kleines Nest und dabei sehr hell, gemütlich und praktisch.
