From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The apartment, newly built in 2020, is centrally located in the quiet residential district in the south of Munich. In addition to a new bathroom with shower & toilet, you can expect a fitted kitchen, dining table, coffee and tea as well as all the necessities of daily life. Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

Our appartment offers one big, combined living- and bedroom (30 m² / 290 ft²), a kitchen and a bathroom. It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. Smart-TV and WLAN connection is available in the room. It is located in the basement (souterrain) with windows to the backyard. TV with Internet and WLAN available. Approx. 20 minutes to the city center by city train.

The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

Charming attic - also bookable for only 1 room

Die zwei gemütlichen Zimmer im Dachgeschoß (2.OG) sind ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Sie bieten max. 4 Schlafplätze für Erwachsene (180cm Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten mit 80cm). Da wir die Zimmer auch selbst privat für Freunde nutzen, die zu Besuch kommen, gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Es gibt ein eigenes Bad und eine Kochecke, wo man sich Kaffee und kleine Snacks bereiten kann.

Wir vermieten unsere 30qm große, helle und zentral gelegene Souterrain Wohnung im Münchner Stadtteil Sendling-Westpark. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen 2-stöckigen familiären Wohnanlage mit sehr gutem U-Bahn und Busanschluss. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden.
