From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. Die zwei gemütlichen Zimmer im Dachgeschoß (2.OG) sind ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Sie bieten max. 4 Schlafplätze für Erwachsene (180cm Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten mit 80cm). Da wir die Zimmer auch selbst privat für Freunde nutzen, die zu Besuch kommen, gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Es gibt ein eigenes Bad und eine Kochecke, wo man sich Kaffee und kleine Snacks bereiten kann.
