The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Our appartment offers one big, combined living- and bedroom (30 m² / 290 ft²), a kitchen and a bathroom. It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. A quiet studio under the roof of a listed 1889 building, right in the middle of Westend — arguably Munich's most alive neighbourhood — and still calm enough to sleep with the window open. The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. Large bright basement apartment in the countryside

The guest apartment is in the souterrain of our home, with separate entrance. From the spacious entrance area you can reach the bathroom as well as the kitchenette with refrigerator, 2-plate stove and microwave. You will then pass through the dressing area with dresser and wardrobe, into the large cozy living, dining and sleeping area. The sturdy dining table is also suitable as a workplace.

Charming attic - also bookable for only 1 room

The two cozy rooms in the attic (3rd floor) are quiet and yet very centrally located. They offer max. 4 sleeping places for adults (180cm double bed and two single beds with 80cm). Since we also use the rooms privately for friends who come to visit, there is everything you need. There is a private bathroom and a kitchenette where you can prepare coffee and small snacks.
