The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Our appartment offers one big, combined living- and bedroom (30 m² / 290 ft²), a kitchen and a bathroom. It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. Smart-TV and WLAN connection is available in the room. It is located in the basement (souterrain) with windows to the backyard. TV with Internet and WLAN available. Approx. 20 minutes to the city center by city train.

In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

Die zwei gemütlichen Zimmer im Dachgeschoß (2.OG) sind ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Sie bieten max. 4 Schlafplätze für Erwachsene (180cm Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten mit 80cm). Da wir die Zimmer auch selbst privat für Freunde nutzen, die zu Besuch kommen, gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Es gibt ein eigenes Bad und eine Kochecke, wo man sich Kaffee und kleine Snacks bereiten kann.
