From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. Our light-flooded, new apartment is located in an absolutely quiet residential area in the Solln district and is well connected to public transport, which takes you to the center. Within walking distance are not only all the delicious restaurants and supermarkets, but also the beautiful Isar river and the Forstenrieder Forest. Just the right place for a perfect city trip.

Our appartment offers one big, combined living- and bedroom (30 m² / 290 ft²), a kitchen and a bathroom. It contains a cosy bed (with 70 inch width more kind than queen size) and an additional bed. Smart-TV and WLAN connection is available in the room. It is located in the basement (souterrain) with windows to the backyard. TV with Internet and WLAN available. Approx. 20 minutes to the city center by city train.

A quiet studio under the roof of a listed 1889 building, right in the middle of Westend — arguably Munich's most alive neighbourhood — and still calm enough to sleep with the window open. Two minutes to the U4/U5, four minutes to the Theresienwiese. Made for one or two people who want to be central without sleeping in the noise. Worth knowing up front: fourth floor, no lift. In return you get a separate toilet.

The apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail. In the hallway there is a gallery from the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

The guest apartment is in the souterrain of our home, with separate entrance. From the spacious entrance area you can reach the bathroom as well as the kitchenette with refrigerator, 2-plate stove and microwave. You will then pass through the dressing area with dresser and wardrobe, into the large cozy living, dining and sleeping area. The sturdy dining table is also suitable as a workplace.

Charming attic - also bookable for only 1 room

Die zwei gemütlichen Zimmer im Dachgeschoß (2.OG) sind ruhig und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Sie bieten max. 4 Schlafplätze für Erwachsene (180cm Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten mit 80cm). Da wir die Zimmer auch selbst privat für Freunde nutzen, die zu Besuch kommen, gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Es gibt ein eigenes Bad und eine Kochecke, wo man sich Kaffee und kleine Snacks bereiten kann.

The bright and cozy accommodation offers plenty of space for 2 to 4 people. There is a spacious living room Sofa bed for 2 persons. The bedroom is furnished with a comfy double bed. Afterwards there is a storage room for clothes and luggage. The fully equipped kitchen has enough room for cooking. The bright bathroom provides a shower and bathing option.

Unsere kleine Wohnung ist ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sie ist ein süßes kleines Nest und dabei sehr hell, gemütlich und praktisch. Ein Ort zum Ankommen, Ausruhen und Wohlfühlen. Die Wohnung ist über ein eigenes Treppenhaus erreichbar. Und hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche, sowie ein eigenes helles Bad.

Wir vermieten unsere 30qm große, helle und zentral gelegene Souterrain Wohnung im Münchner Stadtteil Sendling-Westpark.
