The lake and Tegelberg are within easy walking distance. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a table tennis table and football goals as well as a basketball hoop.

I just returned from an incredible stay at the stunning chalet Alp11 in heart of Garmisch, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern and stylish design. Everything felt fresh, clean, and meticulously maintained. The location was absolutely ideal. Being right in the downtown area meant we were just a short, pleasant walk away from everything! We easily explored the charming shops, enjoyed meals at local restaurants, and even hopped on the train at the nearby station for day trips. It truly couldn't have been more convenient. If you're looking for a modern, comfortable, and perfectly located base for exploring the beauty of Bavaria, look no further. This Airbnb is a true gem, and we can't wait to return! The Panorama Lodge has a beautiful view, a real panorama of the mountains. A lot of real wood makes the place valuable and cozy. In nice warm weather, the terrace with hanging chair and barbecue is a nice place to stay. The bathrooms next to the two downstairs bedrooms are clean and practical. The gallery and the upper bedroom is perfect for children. The beautiful large tiled stove makes it very cozy and cozy in the cold time. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

We were there with 7 adults for 4 days and felt very comfortable. The house has a special and inviting, enveloping atmosphere. It is not simply furnished for tourists, it has the spirit of the owner and the surroundings with many loving and meaningful details. We found everything we needed to cook. The kitchen table is a great place to linger and have conversations. It's just nice and highly recommended. The 2 toilets are also helpful if you live with a larger group. It was all excellent! Super nice area, extremely quiet and great hiking trails right from the house. We met the landlord briefly, super nice people. Otherwise, you have complete peace and quiet, self check in/check out is also great. Highly recommend.

Was a very pleasant stay with Katja. She gave us good tips for excursions. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather, but we were able to make ourselves comfortable with the stove in the house. The location is very quiet and you don't have long travel times for excursions.

With one laughing and one wistful eye, we look back on our stay with Georg and Gisela. Nostalgic, because time passed too quickly and we could have stayed forever... A week was simply too short! Laughing, because it was so beautiful and we are already looking forward to our next visit to Waltersberg. We can only agree with all the previous great reviews. Georg and Gisela are wonderful hosts, as they could not be better: attentive, warm, helpful and in short people to like. The house was charming, cozy, sparkling clean and well-equipped as expected, the beautiful garden very idyllic, full of flowers and well maintained, the charming surroundings and the short distances to the most beautiful mountain and lake landscapes are worth a trip anyway. Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

We have a wonderful stay at the Apartment hosted by Noel. Everything is perfect from the apartment to the hospitality of the owner. She maintained excellent and responsive communication before and during our stay. The checkin process is efficient and seamless. She has provided you a YouTube video on checkin too! The apartment is extremely clean and beautifully decorated with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Nearby areas is quiet at all times with 9 minutes walking distance to the train station. It is also a great base for hiking and nearby cities. Highly recommended 👍!

We were already thrilled at the entrance to the village and at the first glance at the beautiful panorama & remained so until the end! The mountains and the lake are simply magnificent and beautiful here. The apartment has a great kitchen and a great bathroom, everything as described! The balcony also offers plenty of space, but there is sometimes a lot of traffic on the street, which can make it a bit louder. The associated terrace with garden offers plenty of space and we have always found a sunny or shady spot. It was a pity for us that a high chair was listed in the equipment features, which unfortunately was not available. But Antje immediately offered that we could get one at her expense. We didn't want to take the time for this, but it was still a nice gesture. Communication with Antje was always very straightforward, friendly and reliable :) A great vacation!!

Great Place , the spa area really is the highlight

The apartment has everything you need, even the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is great and you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The car can be parked well at the accommodation (also VW buses in a separate parking lot). We particularly liked the area for hiking and cycling.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

The apartment is in a great location, exactly matches the pictures and was very tidy. Check-in via the neighboring hotel was straightforward. Especially nice: We were able to use the pool and sauna. A big thank you to Helmut for the friendly support. When it came to work on the roof during our stay, he reimbursed us 20% on his own initiative. This is truly an exceptional service. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

Andreas was very kind. He and other contact persons were always available and helpful. The place was clean and tidy. We lacked nothing. The dog was also welcome and could let off steam in the small courtyard. Opposite is a small, very good bakery. A supermarket is also just a 10-minute walk away. Andreas' place is highly recommended.

I was with my sister and my mom for four nights in the apartment and we were all thrilled! The kitchen was very well equipped and there was nothing missing. The view from the balcony is really beautiful. Communication with Waltraud was friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. Highly recommend.

There were four of us here and we enjoyed our stay in Garmisch Partenkirchen very much. Björn was always easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. The apartment looks like the pictures, is modern and everything was nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

We felt comfortable in the "Murmeltier" from the beginning. The small apartment with the mega balcony is very cozy and the space is optimally used. We lacked nothing and it was immediately a real temporary home. We were also very pleased with the fast and friendly care of the hostess and the loving details for the welcome or in the furnishings. This is one of the best AirBnB locations we’ve ever stayed in…we had an awesome corner room with huge views of Zugspitze Mountain and the whole valley. It was breathtaking! And the apartment itself was bright and cheerful, well appointed and very comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had on our current trip. Fresh bread was available every morning. We had everything we needed to stay in and rest (which we badly needed to do). The location is great; close to mountains and castles, a quaint little town with everything at hand. Finally, you couldn’t ask for nicer hosts. Highly recommend!!

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

This place was fantastic, nice little apartment with everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen! The hot tub was a delight after hiking all day. Theresa welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend this place to anyone travelling in this area!
