The beautiful house (170 qm), built in 1936, is in the middle of the famous romantic alpine village GRAINAU at the bottom of the highest german mountain Zugspitze. It belongs to the famous rock climber STEFAN GLOWACZ an d is decorated modern with shabby chic und industrial furniture. The Zugspitz-cablecar is only 1 min. walking distance away. The sunny house with a beautiful terrace, has a great view on the alpes has 4 bedrooms (8 beds) and 2 bathrooms, 1 open kitchen, dining room and sunny living room,fireplace, TV, wireless-lan,In front of the livingroom is a big, sunny terrace. Just next to the house in the same garden, is a separate, little gardenhouse (30 qm) with a big living-bedroom ( 2 beds) and a bathroom. The Mainhouse has a basement with a lot of space for storage (skis, bikes, etc). In the neiborhood there is a swimming pool (outdoor and indoor) and the area is great for winter-and summer sports, as skiing,snowboarding, hiking, mountain bike and more. You need more space? No problem! You can rent the Stefan Glowacz CHALET for 4 to 5 people (5th person on request) on the neighboring property right along with it! The newly built, ecological wooden house combines sustainability, tradition, modernity and design. It was designed and furnished by the interior designer Tanja Valerien-Glowacz together with her husband Stefan Glowacz himself. In addition to many amenities, it also offers a spacious room for yoga sessions, business meetings, incentives or simply free space for your children to play.
