We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

Unser kleines nettes Ferienappartement "Ziegspitz" liegt idyllisch ruhig am Waldrand. Im Appartement befindet sich eine kleine gut ausgestattete Kochküche. Im kombiniertem Wohn- und Schlafraum mit einem 2,00 x 1,60 m breitem Bett befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner Esstisch, Schrank, Kommode mit Stauraum und ein Fernseher. Dazu gehört eine eigene Terrasse sowie ein kleiner Garten. Für das Auto/Bike gibt es einen eigenen Carport. Der Zugang zum Appartement ist über eine Außentreppe zugänglich.

Die Südwohnung im 2.OG ist die kleinste unserer Ferienwohnungen. Auch sie ist liebevoll restauriert, lichtdurchstrahlt, verfügt über Galerie und über 5m Raumhöhe, und der Südbalkon bietet Berg pur.

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.
