A typical Italian housing experience, the old house of the grandmother was designed to accommodate the whole family in this great place in the interior of Gramado, just 12 km from the covered street in the center. A place with plenty of room for fun. Typical elements of the life of Italian immigrants have been maintained in the house. Excellent view from the balcony and the night sky is breathtaking! Casa Piovene, comfort in the midst of nature

We are in the locality of Linha Furna, rural area of Gramado. Quiet place, with lots of trees, large araucarias, fruit orchard, vineyards, garden, birds and a small stream. A century-old stone wall surrounds the property. The house is comfortable, has a large balcony facing Morro Redondo, with a very beautiful view. Kitchen equipped with stove, electric oven, refrigerator, electric coffee maker and other utensils. Bathroom with gas-heated water. We have Wi-Fi and Sky TV.

Excellent location, at Borges de Medeiros, 900 m from Rua Coberta, this house has heating, accommodates up to thirteen people. Three double bedrooms, one of which is a suite, and one single bedroom. Absolutely quiet and safe place, on broad ground, BBQ and car parking. Access by steep ramp (can be by car) and stairs. THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES! DIESEL HEATING, INCLUDING 10 LITERS OF FUEL PER DAY. EXCESS CONSUMPTION WILL BE CHARGED.
