Monthly Rentals in Gramling

We were very pleased with the place and the location. It was plenty big for 4 of us and the quality of the place was excellent. It is very rural and peaceful. Grocery store and other places about 8 miles or so. Plenty of places to have a peaceful drive and you go about a lie down road and you can get a good view of mountains! I tell you come around a corner and they just pop up! I wish we had more time there to explore and enjoy the property. We just had a couple of days there for a wedding but it was better and cheaper than staying at the hotel in town. You will not be disappointed!

We were visiting family in SC and wanted a quite place to stay at. And this place definitely delivered. Even though it is small, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful garden, the peaceful upstairs and a sweet surprise from a bear, the last day we were there! The place is very clean and had the essentials. Thank you the memories!

This is my second time staying at this lovely house. I stay here longer term (usually around a month or so) and I love it! It’s set up nicely for long term or short term stays. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and dishware. Highly recommend especially if you are going to the horse show in Tryon, NC.

We enjoyed this quick get away! Carla was VERY responsive and thorough. We loved the proximity to local areas of interest. Highly recommend the hikes at Paris State Park. We especially loved the attention to detail Carla has from welcoming guests via a welcome sign when walking in the door, to fresh baked goodies on the counter. These are things that set Carla's rental apart from other places that are serviced and cleaned by a company. Property is advertised as a "country living" setting and this is a perfect way to explain the property. It is in close proximity to many things but also private and secluded. We especially loved waking up and having coffee on the front porch. It was quite peaceful.
