House holiday rentals in Gran Alacant

Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

Monique, her husband, and her friend were nothing short of amazing. Monique helped arrange transportation to and from the train station, and even offered to drive us anywhere we needed during our stay for way less than a 3rd party app would charge. They were some of the nicest and most welcoming people, and the property was gorgeous. About a 15 minute walk to the beach from the property, but it housed all of our party more than comfortably. One of the best if not best experiences anyone in the group has ever had with Airbnb and travel in general. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation with no worries. Just left an amazing weeks stay at Jukka’s Villa. We had an amazing time, everything as described and Jukka was an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is everything you could need, he really has thought of everything! We will definitely be coming back.

The house and the garden are very clean, tidy and functional. Exactly the same as in the pictures. The house block is very nice to close off completely with a fence so that no strangers walk around, only residents. The house is very centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket, roads and the airport, but you won't hear from that! The host always responds and really quick, kind and helpful. The courtyard garden is great for children, everything is neat and tidy there too. We have enjoyed this large and spacious house, everything easy to keep clean too. The Spanish hospitality was also very pleasant. All in all recommended, you get a lot for your money.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Gran Alacant! The place was perfect for our family. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the beautiful terrace gave us many cozy evenings outdoors. The furnishings of the house are modern, very tasteful and there was everything we needed. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house. Spacious accommodation, faithful to the description and carefully decorated. Close to the highway for those wishing to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for sofa. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in the bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

The house was more spacious than we imagined, and the rooftop was a great place for evening dinner and to relax. A short walk to a nice beach and beach bar. Amenities at Costa Hispanica were better than we could have even dreamt of, the children LOVED the swimming pools and football/basketball court. The trees and flowers made for a beautiful view. The front veranda was lovely for breakfast. Jazmin met us in person and was super friendly and helpful. We have a big family of different ages from 3-16 and we all rated this place highly.

An unforgettable stay, we would have stayed in the house all the holidays. It has a special charm, the house does not lack a detail. It's ideal for going with a pet. We felt at home. It is a quiet area with good transport links. The host Eduardo was not there (but attentive to what we needed), but his sister Ana was with her dog Milna, who we fell in love with. Without a doubt, if we return to Alicante, we would love to stay at Casa LA COVA. Thank you very much, I wish there were many accommodations like this

We had a pleasant stay. The place was perfect and was as described. The place was peaceful and quiet, we liked spending time there. Alexander was very responsive.

A nice and very spacious home. With the possibility of making a churrasco outside with your friends. Also, communication with the host during the stay was good and we ended up staying longer. I would repeat.

This place was amazing. The views were to die for. We ate every meal on the terrace. The street is a photographer’s dream. Everything in the home was well appointed. Great place!

The stay in the apartment has been super pleasant. It is newly renovated, well cared for and with incredible taste. The sofa bed is super comfortable. The windows perfectly soundproof the noise that could come from the street and we heard nothing despite the town being in San Juan festivities. In addition, Macarena was very attentive and gave us some great recommendations for eating and breakfast. She is a super attentive host and I would definitely recommend her!

Amazing place with a great host.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Great house! Not far from Alicante and the beach! Ideal getaway in a cosy neighbourhood! Communication with the host is instant, so peace of mind at any time!

A very nice and very comfortable house to spend a few days, very well equipped, definitely a place to return. The service was impeccable, always attentive and giving us any kind of help we might need. We would definitely repeat. We felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived.

Everything is great, it lacks air conditioning in the lower part where there are 2 large beds because it's hot, the fans help, but otherwise, the house is phenomenal, I would stay here again

The apartment is lovely with plenty of local amenities; a local square with a pub, a selection of restaurants, as well as other local services. There is also a retail area with supermarkets just down the road. The beach is just a short drive away, or you can stay and relax in the pool at the apartment within the private garden area. The house had everything we needed, was well kept, and clean. We had a lovely stay and would happily return.

Our son had a blast at Rosa's place. Very nice gated community a lot of friendly people. We stayed in the apt for extended time period and all worked well for us. Blessings.
