Holiday rentals with a sauna in Gran Alacant

We highly recommend staying at Seaward Suites in Villajoyosa! The warm welcome and attentiveness to me and my (elderly) mom was beyond what we have experienced so far! We'd like to especially thank Gema, our wonderful, hard working host, who made us feel right at home and even provided for an early check-in (and room upgrade) for us! Her service was impeccable and the hotel's amenities just perfect (especially their spa on the 4th floor!). Again, if you are in the Alicante area, Seaward Suites will not disappoint - it's a must on your list!

Family week in Karen's apartment super well,it is very cozy and quiet, good location, main services nearby. There is a park where the kids have a wonderful time In the pool the children have enjoyed a lot. They were always on the lookout for us. Thank you.

Sergej was a wonderful host- always responsive and accommodating. The flat is beautiful and waking up to see the ocean was breathtaking. We will come back!

We stayed in the apartment for a month and honestly felt right at home :) The place is truly something special — fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The residence itself is beautiful and well taken care of. There are lovely gardens, several pools, jacuzzi, kids’ play area, a gym, cozy saunas, and even a barbecue zone. It’s a great setup, especially if you're staying longer :) The only downside was that the hot tubs weren’t working during our whole stay, which was a bit of a letdown. But apart from that, everything else was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, but still has everything you need close by. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot, and if you're up for a walk, you can reach the nearest sandy beach in about 30 minutes at a good pace :) Big thanks to our host for making everything so easy and welcoming — we truly appreciated the warm communication and care. Would definitely love to come back someday!

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

Beautiful appartment very well equiped in a great location close to beach and local restaurants. Heated pool was a big plus. A big thank you to Margot who was accomodating and made our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon.

Excellent apartment. Clean, equipped with all comforts, two neat bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning works well. The roof terrace is great and there are plenty of chairs. We were 2 people. Swimming pool is wonderful and warm enough in June. The crowds were not too bad because not all the houses were occupied. There are some restaurants within walking distance (10 - 12 minutes). The only tip is that there may be a parasol or canopy on the roof terrace. Then I would give the apartment a 10, now a 9.5.

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This condo was perfect for our stay. The host was very helpful, the place is just as described. You don’t need to rent a car if you are fine taking taxis. We were with a wheel chair and there are no steps to navigate at the resort. There are steps and a hill to the beach. The pool and hot tub are very nice. Great place for kids too as there is a water playground.

Fantastic apartment for my wife and two children (3 & 1) - lots of space and some amenities for us to use too (cot bed, umbrella and beach towels for example). Location is great, very secluded area too with very little traffic. The walk to the beach takes around 20 minutes and there’s a local Carrefour en route too.

The villa is great! Very well located, a superb terrace with a view that you never get tired! I already miss it..... The nice and large pool, the most is also the hot tub, to relax at the end of the day, the best, a shame that the sauna does not work. The interior is very spacious and is very well decorated, and very well equipped. Great rooms and bathrooms, we lacked nothing. Thanks to Fabien, for your hospitality and kindness, a friendly meeting! We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa!!!!!! We'll be happy to go back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An experience that exceeds expectations I can't express enough how wonderful this stay in Santapola was. The house was very nice and comfortable, clean and equipped with everything I needed, but what really distinguished the experience was the wonderful host. From the first moment, I felt that I was in safe hands - he was always communicating, helping even before I asked for it, and treating guests as if they were close friends. I felt the sincerity of his interest and hospitality, and his presence was a reason for my comfort and reassurance throughout the stay. This is not just a stay, but an experience full of appreciation and humanity, and I wish everyone had a host like him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I look forward to returning as soon as possible.

Had a wonderful stay at the villa with our toddler. Very comfortable house and garden. Has everything you need. Clean villa, quiet environment and great communication. If needed, help was provided almost right away. For (family) activities a drive was needed. The golf resort is a quiet environment. Perfect to relax.

Just returned from a week in the townhouse. The location is good under a 25 minute walk to restaurants (6000 steps return) Lovely restaurants - we didn’t cook - Blue Collar, Italian,Chinese buffet and Sofias all lovely - try menu of the day at Blue Collar We didn’t rent a car as our friends live on the next street- one place not to be missed is Cartagena a 30 minute drive The accommodation is in a quiet street with great golf course views Very very comfortable bed upstairs and powerful shower- we had a great time and would return

The house is rustic with a very homely feel. Three decent size bedrooms with plenty of space. Pool is a very good size although not heated so was a little chilly. Location is at least 25mins walk from the bars and main strip in Quesada. Jacuzzi and sauna are charged as extras at €80 per week witch is a little steep. The rental price should include all the advertised options. Apart from that the villa was very good clean and would be a good space for a large family o

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair.
