Nuova apertura dopo ristrutturazione, Appartamento situato in centro, luminosissima, in posizione strategica in zona molto tranquilla ma vicino a negozi e supermercati, una via laterale di strada nova, la principale via della città. Comoda per escursioni in città sia a piedi che con i vaporetti in effetti abbiamo la fermata del vaporetto Cà D'oro a 2 minuti a piedi, per visitare il centro storic; e la fermata fondamente Nuove a 5 minuti a piedi per le isole di Murano, Burano, Torcello .
