Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Refined apartment in the heart of Venice in San Marco in the San Samuele area, a few steps from Palazzo Grassi on the Grand Canal. A five-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and ten minutes from the Rialto Bridge. The environment provides many comforts: air conditioning in all rooms, free wifi, smart TV, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine with capsules, linens (towels and sheets) and complimentary toiletries.

The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
