Holiday rentals with a patio in Grand Lake

We had a great stay at Casey's apartment. A super convenient location to access both Granby and even potentially Winterpark (you would have to find parking tho at that end). Had all the amenities we needed, and we had a lovely cozy time. Thanks Casey for hosting us!

Great place—very clean and exactly like the pictures! The instructions were clear and helpful. The host also gave great recommendations for places to check out, which was much appreciated. The only issue was communication. When I asked about an early check-in, my message was read but never answered. Then, at check-in time, the cleaning crew was still there. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but improved communication would be helpful for future guests. Overall, I would book again!

So happy with the condo and the location. Walkable to amazing restaurants, breweries, kid- friendly park, and a great river trail!

Very nice place to stay, with a reasonable drive to the mountain. The building is dated but Bradley's place was very nice, nicely decorated.

We had a great stay in WP. The condo was new with all the creature comforts, clean and comfortable, easy access to the ski hill and tons of activities and great food nearby. Will definitely plan on staying here again, Shawna and Steve were excellent hosts.

Our family enjoyed staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient to skiing (only a 5 minute drive to Granby Ranch), the grocery store, and town. We would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful space!

This was our second stay at Desiree’s beautiful Airbnb, and we hope to return again and again. It is indeed a very dog-friendly place to chill with the fur baby, but it also is clean and comfy for us humans. We love being able to sit by the river, or watch tv while our dog runs in and out the doggie door to enjoy “her” huge fenced-in backyard. We’ve not had a single issue with anything - the beds are comfy and Desiree provides all the thoughtful amenities. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at Maureen's place. It was clean, well equipped, and just the right distance for accessibility and privacy. The floorplan allowed privacy for my husband and I, and our teenager. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night after our long days of hiking and kayaking. I especially enjoyed turning the jets off, and listening to the local native wildlife. The restaurants in town were very good (One Love, my fave). The issue with the hot water heater was immediately resolved (but did cause a little disruption to our day). We would be honored to stay here again. 😘🏞😎

It's a great place for a large family or a group of friends. Everything is as described. The host is very responsive and helpful. It's a great location and an easy walk to central Grand Lake. We look forward to visiting again.

Dean's place was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. Our family of six enjoyed our getaway so much. They were quick to respond with any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the deck with the beautiful views of the lake. It was a relaxing home and beautifully decorated with all high end appliances. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean, which we appreciated so much. This was our first visit to Grand Lake since our move to Colorado several years ago and we hope to go back and visit again.

Absolutely loved staying here with my extended family! There were 14 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The home is stunning and cozy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful views. Had all the amenities we needed. The hosts were very responsive when we couldn't find some items. The beds were extremely comfortable (huge plus for us) and had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Noelle is an extremely responsive host. Really great property, served as a great launch pad for the activities we did in Grand Lake!

We really enjoyed our stay! Our boys loved fishing in the private ponds and it was so close to town! The mid level was also perfect for our 3 boys who each got their own bed and space!

We had 8 guests at Jane's place in Granby and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked, the hot tub was amazing, the view was stunning and it was close to the grocery store as well. It is a bit of a drive from Estes park and the hikes there (on/near Bear Lake Road) but the drive on Route 34 is awesome so it was fully worth it!

We had a great stay in Winter Park. We traveled up for a wedding and everything was perfect. The hot tub and pool were a great bonus too. We would love to come up and stay again.

Clean, well-stocked AirBnB with nice hosts! The location is prime, and everything is new and comfortable. The only thing to note is that the walls are super thin, so neighbors can be heard talking and walking around. Will be back!

Samual gave good clear directions and the place is upstairs but easy to get to. The location is near stores for food and restaurants are near by in town. Over all a great stay.

Kyle was great at communicating and went out his way to make sure we not only enjoyed the condo but that we also enjoyed our time in Grand Lake. He provided recommendations for places to eat….we tried them all and they were spectacular. The place was very clean, very thoughtful in the accommodation. Great place that we hope to visit again. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Great home base for adventuring Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, AND Lake Granby! Had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway in the mountains! Easy to find, easy to access. Leah was very quick to respond!

Jordan's condo was perfect and a nice spot for 2 or 3 people. It was set up very well for our 4 day stay and everything was updated and modern. I would stay here again!
