I've stayed at Ryan’s place every time I’m in town for business—it’s my go-to spot. This little apartment has everything you need: a peaceful vibe, reliable internet for working remotely, and it’s just a short walk to the center of town. The street is beautiful and tree-lined, which adds to the charm and it has an off street parking spot. But what really makes it special are the hosts—Ryan and Carolyn are warm, welcoming, and always make me feel at home. Always a pleasure to stay here. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is clean and has nice accomodations and games for families. The host is very responsive and helpful as well.

This apartment was perfectly located one block from where my dad resides in assisted living. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa! I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

Booked this at the last minute for a quick one night stay. The hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to check in within the hour. When we arrived we were in awe of the beauty of the property, so well kept, peaceful and inviting. The place is so serene, and everything about it made us wish we could stay longer. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable and spacious with everything we could have needed. We hope to come back when we can stay longer.

There aren’t enough words or enough space to say how amazing this Airbnb is and how perfect our stay was. We came for a very important event in our lives and needed a peaceful, quiet, private and comfortable house, ideally walkable and nearby shops. Oh boy how it delivered! Julie Ann and Homer were absolute perfect hosts, responsive and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The place is a true sanctuary, just like the ad says, it’s beautiful, well decorated, clean, comfortable, so quiet and in the middle of nature. I know that they are also working on offering experiences which I think will work great with the place. We were so comfortable that we were sad to leave and go home! We had a 6 weeks stay and it was a great fit for long term, we could have stayed much longer. It would work well for a weekend stay as well, but be warned you will never want to leave! Yana’s house was amazing! It was perfect for our family! The house looks just like it does in the pictures. It was actually even better in person! It had everything that we needed. Would definitely book here again!

Our family stayed here for a few days while we were visiting family in Roseville. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, the A/C worked well (it was over 100 degrees the weekend we stayed), and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The only cons were that there were a few minor issues with the kitchen that we communicated separately with the host and we didn't think the bed pillows were comfortable (but that might just be personal preference). Overall, we'd recommend this as a good place to stay for families.

Our group of pickleball friends had a fantastic long weekend at Cynthia’s! We visited so many pickleball courts nearby, and mid-day we cooled down and relaxed by the pool. Cynthia’s home was the perfect place for us, very spacious, super comfortable and very accessible to all kind of eateries and activities. It was a plus that each room had direct access to the backyard, so we can all come and go outside however we pleased without disrupting the rest of the group, especially our friend who was sleeping in the pull-out couch. He said it was a comfy one too! Thank you, Cynthia, for making us feel so welcome!

I really loved the place—though it might be a bit too clean for my rowdy bunch of boys! My autistic son had fun playing with rocks outside, and the others got pizza hands everywhere. If you have a big family, this place is fantastic in terms of space and layout. However, if your kids are easily overstimulated, it might not be the best fit. I’d categorize it as better suited for older kids and teens, maybe even babies—but not so much for that chaotic middle age range. There’s a lot of space for kids to get into things, so it’s not exactly designed with young, high-energy children in mind. More teen- and adult-friendly overall. My brothers, who smoke, were careful to do so only outside, but we were still charged an ozone cleaning fee due to the smell on their clothes. I understand and respect the host’s standards—she’s military, and I want to thank her for her service. Coming from a military family myself, I truly appreciate the care she puts into her home.

We enjoyed our stay in this home over 5 days while visiting family in the area. Great location with easy access to shopping. The neighborhood is great for walking that includes a park a couple blocks away. We will likely try to stay at this home again in the future.

Wendy is a gracious host. We had a work event and it was a perfect space for our crew. It was spacious and also felt like we were on a retreat. We needed to check in early at the last minute and Wendy was quick to accommodate us. I highly recommend her home!

This was such a lovely, peaceful, and spacious place for us to stay! We came for my nephew’s graduation just right down the road at Del Oro HS. Alina was the perfect host and we highly recommend her and this home!

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

was pretty cozy and close to old sacramento and downtown. right next to the freeway but if you closed the windows you cant hear it at all!

The host was available to answer questions, the place had comfortable beds, and was clean, making it a great accommodation! I would stay again. The only downside was the road noise if the windows are open.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

The Crow’s Nest is perfect and I would definitely stay there again! The location is great and just a couple blocks from the Golden 1 Center. The condo is so cute and clean and well organized. The hosts were super nice and helpful. I really appreciated the extra touches like coffee and cream, Q-tips and lotion in the bathroom, plenty of extra towels and toilet paper, a well stocked kitchen, etc. You can walk almost anywhere you need to, but there is also an assigned parking spot in a secure lot which was super helpful on a busy weekend in downtown Sacramento. The balcony is spacious with a nice view of the sunset. The pool was also a nice and quiet area to go swimming and relax in the sun. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!
