Virginie is an available and attentive host The accommodation is as described and the place is really peaceful Only small downside is the lack of air conditioning in case of high heat, especially in the veranda part, but the view of Mont Saint Michel makes us forget the heat! We will certainly come back to discover a little more of the region.

A big thank you to Etienne and Valérie for their hospitality. The house is just perfect for a stay in Saint Malo. Very well equipped, it feels like home! Ideal location, quiet but not far from the main activities of the city. Flexible check-in to adapt to our baby and finally, very good responsiveness from the hosts who were able to answer our questions. We will be back!

Responsive host during the various questions that were asked. The accommodation matches the photos of the listing and is very well located with a parking space + parking nearby.

We spent our vacation here as a family of 5 with a dog. We were exceptionally warmly welcomed and also looked after during the stay. Veronique and her husband had an open ear for all questions and immediately supported us. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished with a lot of heart. No wish is left unfulfilled! The garden is huge and very well maintained and beautiful, both the children and the dog were overjoyed!! We will definitely come back and recommend the accommodation 100%!

Damien was such a great host. He happened to be grabbing dinner the same time we came into town so we stopped at the same pizza place. He offered to take my husband and kids to the house a few km away and then came back for me as I was waiting for the pizza. This was so thoughtful after a long 9-10 hour drive with a lot of children. He was so kind and personable. Super proactive and offered suggestions in the area. He really went above and beyond. His house was perfect for our needs as a large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house was exact as described. everything was in good working order. Nothing was broken or falling apart. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

A small peaceful corner of heaven, very welcoming and kind hosts, very comfortable house a little cocooning.

It was a pleasant stay at Martine's and her husband's. The home is located in a quiet location and close to the sea. It is therefore easy and quick to go for a walk. We were able to visit the surrounding area, the bell foundry, the zoo and the Chanteloup and Pirou castles. Soprano, the dog, is very kind (and stayed there while my dog was not very receptive to his play requests). Martine and her husband are friendly hosts and concerned about the well-being of their guests.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Who needs a television when you can look out of the window at that view? This is obviously the big attraction, but the villa also has everything else you need for a long stay, and we enjoyed our two weeks there very much. The free bus service, which can take you along the coast (and to LeClerc, if you don't want to take the car) is very useful. And a special thanks to Alexandra who was really responsive and helpful.

We really enjoyed the stay in the stunning countryside, the well-kept house and the natural garden. 🫶 Perfect throughout. 👍We will be very happy to come back! 🙌 Favorite optimization suggestion: Please have more storage space in the bedrooms. You always take more to dress with you. 😉

Thank you to Stéphanie for agreeing to leave our luggage for a slightly later departure. Very pleasant stay. Location close to shops and the beach in a very nice apartment, consistent with the photos. Bedding is good . For people who sleep in the dark, provide an eye mask because the light passes through the blinds. Don't forget the earplugs because of the very early noise of the seagulls!!

Small incredible green oasis nestled not far from the center of Granville. The house is equipped with many games for children, the outdoor furniture is very rich (hammock, shell chair...) the rooms are spacious with a water point nearby. Check-in is simple, Sabine and Emmanuel are responsive. Pleasant accommodation with everything you need to have a good time with family and friends.

Excellent stay at Gilles's, spacious, well-equipped place, close to the beach and the GR, quiet... independent accommodation, welcoming Gilles, ease of communication ... a real good time in a beautiful environment!

We had a lovely stay. The house is small but feels large. The space is calm and very well equipped. The garden is secluded and has different elements, play, quiet and room.

The apartment has all the comforts you need for a great vacation in Granville! The bed above all is really comfortable. Recommended :)
