Our 67 m2 apartment is located in the heart of Granville, in a building that is an integral part of the city's history. 800 m from the SNCF train station, 350 m from the Casino and Plat-Gousset beach, 300 m from the port and marina, you will be immersed in the heart of a typical and authentic maritime city, with its cafes, restaurants, shops and market. You will be ideally placed to discover the Cotentin region, the Chausey Islands or the Vila Christian Dior.

Very clear, this apartment has 4 windows on the harbour which gives the impression of a living painting wherever you are. The large central room is separated by sliding door which allows to create a sleeping area in addition to the bedroom independent of the kitchen/dining room. We have fully renovated this apartment.
